NOTE: Gianelli does not speak for or represent DOJ. He has simply decided to expand upon their email to me. I wrote DOJ re. the need for an investigation into the federal funding the City Attorney, and other LA County entities, receive re. domestic violence matters. I also addressed the fact that Cohen's fraud TRO in Colorado was fraudulently registered as "domestic violence" in Los Angeles and LA Superior Court sentenced me using domestic violence statutes and attempted to extort fines/fees from me related to "domestic violence." The Boulder Combined Court has written to confirm that the original Boulder order was NOT domestic violence. They also provided me with evidence I had not previously seen that confirms the fact that Leonard Cohen was actually interested in my communications with journalists and other third parties (perhaps IRS, FBI, DOJ ...) and my online posts. That would explain his extraordinary flight from Europe to Boulder the day after he threatened Ann Diamond over the article she posted online. I am addressing these matters with the Court and will file State Bar Complaints. Gianelli seems clear that LA Superior Court condones perjury. I was when Cohen confirmed that he changed his testimony from one hearing to the next (perjury) and LA Superior Court simply felt that Cohen's lies were acceptable.
I did not write Stuart Fried or Don Friedman that DOJ's Criminal Division advised me to report Robert Kory to the State Bar. Gianelli simply decided to focus on Robert Kory who he now appears to be defending. DOJ did not advise me that their Criminal Division isn't taking my emails (documenting everything since reporting allegations re. Cohen's criminal tax fraud to IRS) seriously. Gianelli, like Kory with IRS and Agent Tejeda, seems to think he has the legal authority to speak for DOJ's Criminal Division. No wonder IRS Commissioner's Staff blocked his emails and FBI questioned why he was writing them about matters that are unrelated to federal crimes.

Gianelli appears to have been on my blog prior to sending me yet another criminally harassing email. Cohen's fan, Susanne Walsh, who evidently resides in Denmark is also constantly on my blog. She frequently copied Cohen lawyer, Michelle Rice, in on her harassing emails as I discussed with LAPD's TMU. They advised me to call them back if Walsh continued with that conduct.

The “DOJ” did not advise you to “contact the state bar”. They simply told you if you had questions about your prior attorney, you “may” direct that information to the state bar. In their brushoff email, sent by an intake clerk, they state:

Basically, this was a letter from Correspondence Management Staff, in other words a non-lawyer staff member tasked to screen emails and weed-out those such as yours that do not concern a criminal matter falling within the jurisdiction of the United States Department of Justice. Stated another way, you did not make the cut, and received a polite letter informing you that the DOJ cannot give you legal advice – but if you have questions about YOUR prior attorney check with the state bar. This clerical staff member did NOT tell you should report your trial prosecutor, Robert Kory, or others to the state bar for alleged misconduct. Nor did this DOJ intake clerk comment on, or in any way endorse your preposterous and laughable plan to file a “motion” to have [Leonard Cohen] prosecuted for perjury, or in any way “advise” you to do anything. Quite the contrary.

I am about to begin scanning evidence that will be attached to my Motion asking Judge Hess to refer Cohen for a perjury prosecution. That evidence includes,
as I've advised McBowman, allegations that your firm and McBowman engaged in "fraud in the inducement." Kory's memorandum was sent to Kevin Prins
and Ira Reiner, former DA of LA Confidential. The DOJ's Criminal Division advised me to direct my questions to the Court and State Bar which I intended and
intend to do. I am also filing complaints with the DA's Justice Integrity Unit, DOJ, and the Criminal Grand Jury of Lost Angeles.
See attached for further details. I will email you Kory's memorandum accusing you and McBowman of fraud in the inducement. Reiner evidently felt that
properly "framed" letters would cause insurance companies to show up. Boies Schiller advised me to go wired to my meetings with Cohen and Kory and told me
to have the investigator on Phil Spector's case to wire me for those meetings. They were all recorded/documented for Boies Schiller at the time. Cohen is now
claiming that this is HEARSAY.

hire these embarrassing frauds and liars. Sycophants. Not intelligent. Just lie. The judges condone it and they all hang around, socializing, and are deeply impressed
