Jeffrey,

I have a right as a shareholder/partner to examine corporate books and records.  That would include, but is not limited to, all formation documents, modifications, stock certificates, stock ledgers, agreements, minutes, tax returns, financial statements, profit and loss statements, accountings, asset valuations, outstanding documents or evidence related to loans, dissolution documents, and so forth.

I have asked who handles these matters.  The default judgment is irrelevant particularly as it was granted due to lack of service and fraud.

I would like to see the corporate records for all the above referenced companies including any and all agreements related to an alleged trust or indicating that I held my share of these entities in trust for Leonard Cohen.  I didn't hold my share in trust for Leonard Cohen.  I would also like to know what issues Richard Westin rectified. Cohen testified that a mistake was made with respect to my ownership interest in Traditional Holdings.  What is the mistake?

I would also like to see all documents indicating that the companies were properly unwound and final tax returns were prepared and submitted.

I would also like to see any documents indicating that I have an ownership interest in LC Investments, LLC that would warrant that LLC transmitting K-1s to IRS and State of Kentucky.
