Someone utterly familiar with my business relationship and friendship with
Cohen just said a dating relationship (or any other type that would allow a
domestic violence order) is "RIDICULOUS" and noted that this is the only
word to use to describe it. I was married to Douglas Penick from approximately
1988 to 1991 (he hated Los Angeles and that caused us to break up). I
was with Steven Clark Lindsey from approximately 1991 to 1997. Cohen has
testified, and publicly stated, that we had a brief fling in the early
80s. Did he
prove that? No. Does he have video footage of our "sexual
relationship" - because
he's going to need it. And he certainly is going to need footage of
me and Oliver Stone who was publicly dragged into this by Streeter and
you're damn right I would refute that accusation and tell someone to
cease and desist, while representing myself. Oliver Stone should have
received a subpoena, obviously. Perhaps he wants to know why Cohen
and Kory were meeting with Steven Clark Lindsey and falsely accusing
me of having sex with Olvier Stone - as a first line of defense, to
some degree, after Cohen heard I was reporting his tax fraud to the
IRS and flew in from Montreal. I think it was meant to provoke the
custody matter and my son should have been permitted to testify since
he witnessed a conversation that Kory testified about - wherein I
asked Ray to acknowledge what he had heard so far - criminal tax fraud
(Cohen's), my intellectual property that was stolen, the missing state
tax returns, and their threats of jail. Ray was not "interrogated"
but Robert Kory is a liar. I never told Kory anything about "when
hell freezes over." I never saw an ad about the IRS - Agent Bill
Betzer/IRS advised me to report the tax fraud to the IRS Fraud
Hotline, then told me to bring it into the IRS with a lawyer, and
finally confirmed that the IRS Commissioner's Staff phoned him about
my calls to the Fraud Hotline because I advised the woman to contact
Agent Betzer/IRS. Kory also lied about Agent Sopko/Treasury. I
didn't find her. She called me and advised me that she was flying in
from Washington to meet with me. We met. Her partner, Brandon, was
present. We discussed Cohen's tax fraud. We discussed the fact that
the IRS Commissioner's Staff is indeed reading my emails and various
individuals are relating to various aspects of the situation. All of
this was concealed from the jurors - together with Agent Tejeda/IRS.
In any event, I am delighted that you want to know the totality of
circumstances because it would be impossible to represent me, or file
an appeal based on the record, if you didn't know what was going on.
The mere notion is absurd although I know there are shabby lawyers -
and Jihad Gianelli who is publicly slandering me and obsessed with me
is one of them. I want the dangerously unstable individuals who are
targeting me re. my non-existent mental health issues and non-existent
alcohol problem (talk to all my friends and roommates) addressed in
the Motion that we will file at the next "progress" hearing. The
Deputy City Attorney advised the court, at that hearing, that this is
an "unusual case." What's unusual? It's a misdemeanor matter. In
LAPD's report, Viramontes notes that Cohen/Kory met with Detective
Albanese/Beverly Hills PD. Cohen didn't live or work in Beverly Hills
in 2005, from what I could tell, and yet she was meeting with the DA's
office in Los Angeles about possible stalking. I haven't been near
Leonard Cohen in 7 years or longer. The man is positively obsessed
with me and that was clear when he was on the stand. He also looks
like he has serious psychiatric problems which might explain the
pathological lying. The refund didn't close the IRS case and cannot -
there are illegal K-1s (for three years, transmitted to the State of
Kentucky and IRS); my federal and state tax returns have been
illegally altered by a default judgment in a matter I wasn't served; I
have been defrauded of millions of dollars and the evidence proves I
am an owner of two entities that Cohen SNUCK into the default
judgment, although they weren't parties to the matter. This caused a
judge to advise me, informally, that the judge must be old and his law
clerk just had him sign a document because this is not legal. There
are many issues that the IRS can't resolve that involve me - including
the fraud and perjury used to accuse me of misappropriating funds.
Furthermore, I was NOT Leonard Cohen's business manager. I was his
personal manager. His business manager knows this. His name is Rich
Feldstein and I testified about another false accusation of Cohen's
that involved Rich Feldstein. Cohen lied in the lawsuit and said the
overpayments related to personal commissions. NO THEY DID NOT. They
related to corporate distributions, advances against my share of
intellectual property, etc. The illegal K-1s are for $0 from LC
Investments, LLC. And yet, the fraudulent ledger has income to me
noted from LC Investments, LLC in the year 2004. This is a very
serious matter and has prevented me from filing or amending my tax
returns. Doug Davis/FTB understands that I have HUGE LOSSES (two
businesses, a house, etc.) for the years 2004 and 2005. I owe no
taxes. I do not know what is income (based on Cohen's lies and
illegal K-1s) and cannot file returns for the years 2004 and 2005.
Cohen is a bald faced liar, thief, and fraud. See Steven Machat and
Phil Spector. I want the fact that Cohen has one gun story (at my
trial) while the DA used another against Phil Spector and the DA's
investigator was in the courtroom, lied during the sentencing phase to
the court, concealed the original thread of the emails, has Steven
Machat and "fan of Alan Jackson's" highlighted, and Cooley attempted
to obtain a restraining order against me. I testified that I believe
he needs to be investigated. This man sent investigators to visit
Leslie Dutton/Full Disclosure when she noted that he is the corruption
in LA so he has a pattern of abusing people with his investigators. I
have been vocal about my views on Cooley, Jackson, the fact that Cohen
has lied about Phil Spector (well, even these thugs should be able to
figure that out now and they need to be confronted - Cooley, Jackson,
Dixon, and Horvath), and the fact they I personally believe they set
Phil Spector up. I'm not alone. Paul Huebl believes this and David
Mamet (who has directed a biopic on Phil Spector that stars Al Pacino
and Helen Mirren) has publicly stated that he believes Phil Spector
was railroaded. That is the precise word Paul Huebl used. Phil
Spector is not violent and I've seen him when he's had some drinks. I
am a woman. He never threatened me. And, I was very close with his
ex-wife, Janice who has suffered tremendously over this situation.
She has never seen Phillip with a gun in approximately 40 years.
Phillip's engineer, Hal Blaine, has never seen Phillip with a gun in
the studio for 37 years. Dale Kelly asked me (when I met with him to
discuss Investigator Brian Bennett's DA report about our conversations
- he worked for Phil Spector) if I ever saw Phillip with a holster. I
have no idea. It was a good question but that's definitely not a gun.
Nikhil Ramnaney was correct - I was on trial because I know too much.
The DA doesn't want the Spector verdict overturned. That is not my
problem but any attempt, on their part, to further retaliate against
me (based on their revenge theories) is a grave concern of mine and
people I am surrounded by are concerned about my safety and welfare.
No wonder - I ended up in jail for reporting Cohen's criminal tax
fraud and remaining vocal about Phil Spector's innocence. That is not
my opinion alone.
For the record, Cutler is Phil Spector's problem. I have brought
Cutler's actions to the attention of Phil Spector and heard from him
personally. Only Jihad Gianelli (a liar with motive who has
relentlessly targeted my family) would believe Dennis Riordan isn't
taking the situation with Cohen, a gun story that differs from what
the prosecution used, and Phil Spector seriously. That would be
absolutely negligent and reckless. As my attorney in Colorado told me
- the indictment and charges should be vacated.
