Kelley Lynch Was Not Served/Notified Of Cohen's Fraudulently Obtained Restraining Order

There is a requirement, in California, that law enforcement serve or notify the individual who is the subject of the order.  So, what could be on the warrant?  I have now asked Detective Viramontes/LAPD to provide me with that - particularly as Berkeley PD was not particularly clear on why I was being arrested.  No proof of service - as my lawyers pointed out - is attached to the newly created order.  Viramontes/LAPD has my address noted in his report so Cohen's PI was not in Berkeley (harassing my landlord and attempting to speak to my former colleagues) in an attempt to locate me.  I intend to move to dismiss this order and this issue (that involves Constitutional due diligence and the right to a fair trial) will be addressed on appeal.  The fact that the judge obtains jurisdiction by proper service is mind boggling.  Viramomntes/LAPD received a "call for assistance" and did not serve or notify me.  He also had my alleged email addresses and Berkeley PD was clear about my residence at the time and they were called to arrest me (via the warrant Cohen thanked Viramontes/LAPD for skillfully executing) and not assist Cohen with the order.  I do not reside in Los Angeles.  Berkeley PD told me I had to be formally extradited and I was not.  No such hearing took place.  On top of all of this, the fraud, concealment, lies, and perjury are inconceivable.  The good news - Cohen is trapped in his testimony and that includes with respect to Phil Spector.  His gun story does not synch up with what the prosecutors used against Phil Spector.
