While I have explained the satirical email that is self-explanatory
(particularly when you have the whole thread - which Horvath concealed
from the court), please take a look at this. Phil Spector has
essentially received a death sentence - he is in his 70s and the
sentence is 19 years and he is in fragile health and having serious
physical problems and just filed a lawsuit about that. Here's the
California law. If you procure the execution of an innocent person,
the punishment for wilfull perjury is a punishment of death (meaning a
legal execution - in other words, the death penalty) or life
imprisonment. You're an attorney. Interpret that from the point of
view of Phil Spector was set up. A forensic autopsy was not done. The
driver changed his story approximately 8 times and perjured himself 4
times in ICE documents. She has a history of psychiatric problems
(including eating her own pony when she and her parents lived on a
commune where they allegedly did drugs), vicodin abuse; and Baby Doll
Gibson said she was a hooker who worked for her. One lover said she
tried to throw herself off his balconey and there is evidence that she
played kinky sex games with guns. Anyway, Dennis Riordan's arguing
this with Charles Sevilla and Donald Horgan. The Writ of Habeas
Corpus is appalling. Now, Phil Spector - as the DA knows - told me
(after Clarkson's death) that she SHOT HERSELF at his home and was
dancing around, with the gun (that Cutler said was not Phil Spector's
and Pavelic told me an LAPD Robbery/Homicide officer I met could have
helped to prove that it wasn't Phillip's gun), singing his songs -
including "Da Doo Run Run." We discussed many other details. The DA
knows this. I advised the DA's office that Cohen lies. Take a look
at his testimony, the perjury is egregious, must be addressed on
appeal - you cannot obtain a judgment, order, or conviction via
perjury, fraud, and lies. The DA has a different gun story and there
many versions online. I reported Cohen's tax fraud and theft from me
(millions) to the DA's office and advised them about the evidence. We
discussed the IRS and the IRS Commissioner's Staff - right down to
their email address. I have been THREATENED by his employees. I just
phoned Viramontes/LAPD. I want to know if he saw - on the alleged
emails - complaints to LAPD about Jihad Gianelli's targeting of my
children, then LA residents, and my younger was a minor. The targeted
was out of control. The man is dangeorusly unstable. He is aligned
with Cohen and may have found a sympathetic ear with Jackson about me.
I want the political retaliation addressed - somehow - in the appeal.
It can go in the tintroduction.
I was told by Nikhil that the letters to the court (Cutler and
Horvath's) are not technically evidence. They affected my sentencing
and Horvath lied to the court - that's fraud upon the court. Are you
telling me, Captain Jack Horvath doesn't know the DA's office rolled
by my house in 2005 regarding Phil Spector? What did he think of my
letter to Alan Jackson, hand delivered to Cooley and Jackson? If it
was him in court (and the judge told him at the bail hearing to leave
if he was a witness), what was he doing with Cohen, his lawyers and
PI, and lunching with Cohen? Should I believe he wasn't there
listening to testimony re. Phil Spector, the IRS, etc? Do I look like
I'm wearing a dunce cap? Does Nikhil? He thought they didn't want
the Spector verdict overturned and he thought Streeter tried to
sabotage an IRS matter. He talked to Agent Tejeda/IRS and reviewed a
tremendous amount of evidence. Unfortunately, due to the lies at the
bail hearing (Cohen admitted he commimtted perjury), I didn't have
access to the evidence. I should have been released on OR and I
should have received probation although this verdict was procured by
fraud, lies, and perjury - which is ILLEGAL. That includes the
Boulder order (see my Motion to Vacate - his perjury is addressed in
that). And, the LA retaliatory lawsuit and his declaration. I will
send you the draft Motion to Vacate and my Declaration that addresses
all of Cohen's lies, fraud, and perjury in that matter. Gianelli
threatened me publicly - over the unverified warrants that I discussed
with LASD (including one that was dismissed although I have no idea if
it relates to me). There is another Kelly Lynch and she might be in
the Killer King file. Who knows? It's falsified.
