Steve Cooley, If you want to charge me, hit reply all and let the IRS, <FBI, DOJ, Treasury, FTB, Dennis Riordan, and my lawyers in on your scheme.  I am advising you to CEASE AND DESIST with this retaliation that is obviously related to Phil Spector's trial that I view as a set up and an attempt to preseve Leonard Cohen.  Good luck with that.  He has a different version of the gun story/weapon than your prosecutors used against Phil Spector.  That's your problem - not mine.  Your office dragged me into the Phil Spector matter, threatened me repeatedly, and has engaged in unconscionable governmental conduct with respect to me.  Do you think my calling Alan Jackson is probable cause for slapping a wire tap on me?  Well, I was threatened with that.  My friends want to testify about the origins of the satirical emails and advised me to stay focused on that which I am.  My lawyer knows it was satire - he has now seen the original email in that thread which didn't start with a P.S. to Sharmapa.  I realize Sharmapa is threatening - particularly when he thought I was targeted by corrupt politicians and cops.  He's also brilliant and an enlightened man who Indian Intelligence listens to and happens to agree - there's a national security threat in their country and it involves an imposter. I am advising you to CEASE AND DESIST.  I don't live in your jurisdiction and have afvised you that I have asked Phil Spector to join me in a lawsuit against you and your prosecutors.  As for Bruce Cutler - he's Phil Spector's problem and those letters should have been HANDED OVER to Phil Spector and his legal team.  Make no mistake about that.  They are now part of the permanent record and memorialized.  Bruce Cutler raised one issue that is discoverable from my perspective - Pat Dixon's conversation in 2008 about me.,  I don't want to dry hump Dixon.  If he fears for his life over Eminem's song PUKE then he should be institutionalized or forced to submit to a lie detector test using sodium penathol.  I've addressed the Eminem PUKE situation with Alan Jackson in the letter that Investigator Frayeh hand delivered to you and Jackson.  In that letter, I address Cohen's criminal tax fraud, Cohen's lies about Phil Spector, Gianelli's targeting of me and others, and many issues - including E,minem's song PUKE.  I attached a photograph of Eminem that I think really, captures the man.  I have one thing to say to Eminem, Dr. Dre (who will receive a subpoena), and the men and women of Afterhmath (including Rand Hoffman who is copied in on this email) - WATCH OUT FOR STEVE COOLEY. If he targeted Phil Spector using gold digging liars then he can target you.  That's my personal opinion.  I testified that I believe you should be investigated so I can address your retaliation with my jurors at a later date and time.  I know your investigator was attempting to read my conversation with my lawyer so here's what I was saying - the FBI should investigate the corruption in LA.  It's evidently Cooley.  Then, my lawyer told me he thought I was on trial because the DA doesn't want the Spector verdict overturned and the City Attorney attempted to sabotage a an IRS matter.  See Agent Luis Tejeda/IRS.  The judge prevented him from testifying and that will be addressed on appeal.  So will you.  I want to memorialize your retaliatory actions - including your attempt to obtain a fraudulent restraining order against me based on lies to the court by Captain Jack Horvath and a satiriical email - the original of which was concealed from the court although the judge should have realized that most people don't start their letters with "P.S."  And then there's the highlighting of Steven Machat.  He knows Cohen's a fraud and a thief.  That's simply factual.  Cohen stole from him also.  I've pointed you and your office to the evidence and talked to Jeff Jonas/Major Fraud in 2006 about my complaint re. Cohen's tax fraud and theft from me in the millions.  I also advised Brian Bennett to ARREST Leonard Cohen.  I stand by that statement. Kelley Lynch
