See the entire Sentencing Memorandum and my letters to Cutler. His letter to Vanderet is hearsay. The fraud domestic violence related order was terminated with probation but the issue remains ongoing. I stand by my letters to Bruce Cutler. Any evidence I faxed Cutler for Phil Spector is none of Gianelli's business. Cutler informed LA Superior Court that he destroyed the alleged voice mails. The City Attorney attempted to drug and commit me over my emails to Cutler. They, and possibly their domestic violence quack, felt they were too "chatty." In fact Streeter felt that I might believe I know "Bruce Cutler," if you know what I mean. This is how they elicit information and I see right through her also.
My letter to Senator Grassley will address this email and Gianelli's statements about Mr. Fabian, Agent Sopko, and his other statements about Agent Tejeda "exonerating" Leonard Cohen. This is how this criminal attempts to elicit information. It really helped the "City Attorney." These matters do NOT involve Gianelli. He has attempted to infiltrate and elicit information. And my advising him to cease and desist, correcting his slanderous statements made online, and addressing his lies to government agencies about me does not give him a right to harass me, terrorize my sons, etc. This man is a lying psychopath who is obsessed with Bruce Cutler.
