Let me know if my cease and desist to Gianelli and letter to Mike Feuer are unclear. I've asked Feuer to look at my letters to the City and County as well as my letter to DDA Alan Jackson. That was hand delivered to Jackson by Investigator Frayeh who also hand delivered it to DA Steve Cooley and DDA Truc Do. It's helpful to look at that letter vis a vis the pre-meditated trial, etc. This criminal transmits fraud to IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, FTB, etc. What's KVW's interest in my emails to government agencies?

Any confusion here? This is another attempt to elicit information. What does this criminal want to know about Bruce Cutler? I've addressed the fraud domestic violence order, fraud domestic violence related orders including the one assigned to Bruce Cutler, and ongoing threats over them. Judge Barela [advised me] that all probation issues were terminated and this file was closed so why is KVW saying I continue to violate a restraining order in her Case Statement filed in Case No. BC 614279? Why does she want information about Cohen's fraudulent default judgment and Bruce Cutler? Ask yourself that question and see Gianelli's ongoing harassment over her and some incoherent email about her alleged "Wanted Poster."
I have advised this criminal Gianelli to cease and desist relentlessly. I phoned the FTB yesterday after "Susanne Walsh" sent me Doug Davis' emails and mentioned that he sent six of them. I informed FTB that Gianelli/Walsh transmit false information in this manner. This has also happened with Mr. Fabian, Agent Sopko, Agent Tejeda, etc. Your office lied about me and federal tax and other matters. If you're confused about that issue, that's your problem.Do you want to talk about SWAT/Killer King because KVW evidently does and raised this in her Case Management Statement. See my letters to the legal representatives of this City/County re. lawsuits I plan to file. I have asked IRS, FBI, and DOJ to investigate Killer King/SWAT. The file does not belong to me; my information is not in that file; and the medical data does not relate to me. At no time was I under a psychiatric hold but this situation appears to have been premeditated and was used to stir up a coordinated custody matter. Or, a fraud default judgment custody matter. Feel free to take a look at my letter to DDA Alan Jackson also. I am asking Senator Grassley to review that letter vis a vis the trial transcript. As my appellate attorney, who was criminally harassed by Gianelli for over a year, wrote - the trial is an IRS matter that demands an IRS investigation. The Appellate Court's decisions that included statements about the "IRS Binder," federal tax forms, and so forth, confirmed that fact.
