IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

I am attaching hereto the comments on the Truth Sentinel Phil Spector interview section as of today.  Gianelli, who clearly represents Leonard Cohen's legal interests, has gone bonkers.  It is my opinion, as well as the opinion of others, that Gianelli may actually work under the following monikers:  Kelly Green, Mongochilli, 14th Sheepdog, 17th Shitzu, Sidney, Linda, Susanne Walsh, Christine Holloway, and so forth.  This is utterly psychotic conduct. 

After receiving "Susanne Walsh" email today with respect to her cc's to FTB, I contacted FTB's criminal division to report the fact that I take grave offense at Gianelli and Walsh's ongoing attempts to communicate with Doug Davis or anyone else at FTB regarding the tax matters I am addressing.  Gianelli, as you well know, intentionally inserts extraneous materials into his emails, online posts, false statements transmitted to government offices, etc.  This permitted the City Attorney of Los Angeles to elicit perjured testimony from Leonard Cohen over a number of matters.  That would include, but is not limited to, IRS, federal and state tax controversies, my personal tax matters, Phil Spector, Leonard Cohen's indecent exposure and sexual harassment (now a "dating relationship" assigned to me by LA Superior Court), Ray's coordinated custody matter, Rutger's Whole Foods matter, etc.  I am working on a final transcript of the hearing with my notes of all the lies and evidence proving that the lies presented to the jurors were extensive and outrageous.  

Gianelli also posted links to numerous documents on the Truth Sentinel site.  I therefore will go through all of those documents and address the lies.  There are extensive lies in every court decision and opinion.  That is particularly true for the Second Appellate Division.  I am providing this information to the IRS division I was referred to recently together with my declaration detailing all the fraud, perjury, etc. in all legal pleadings Cohen transmitted to IRS and subsequently used to obtain fraudulent tax refunds, file and amend his returns, and defend himself against the allegations that he committed criminal tax fraud.  In other words, the situation was pre-meditated.

Once this is finished, I will send it to Senator Grassley with a formal complaint about Leonard Cohen's fraudulent tax refunds, identity theft with respect to me, and so forth.  I will also address the fraudulent domestic violence order, the City Attorney's assignment of Bruce Cutler's domestic violence related order, the City Attorney's domestic violence quack, and VAWA funding fraud.  

I am also working on documents that will be filed in the KVW baseless lawsuit before LA Superior Court this week.  KVW informed the judge that her business, Cover Girls, LLC, suffered losses (or damages) due to the information online about her.  I have sent you a recent Google Search re. KVW's name and the online documents that come up.

For the record, Gianelli's obsession with Bruce Cutler continues.  I think that situation is overwhelmingly transparent.

P.S.  The LA Superior Court decision/orders I will also be reviewing with IRS, FBI, DOJ, Senate Judiciary, etc. will include documents submitted in Ray's fraud default judgment custody matter (for example, Robert Kory's perjured declaration); automobile accident default judgment (the man almost killed me; LAPD visited me in the ER and informed me they understood this; and his insurance company advised me and Rutger that he lied to LAPD - also, the judgment probably has federal tax implications), etc.  I, of course, will be going through the court decisions re. the fraudulent default judgment/motion to vacate; fraudulent domestic violence order/motion to vacate; fraud upon the court motion; and so forth.  Finally, I will be going through the documents filed with Judge Babcock, U.S. District Court, Colorado and will transmit a separate declaration to Judge Babcock re. the fraud upon that court, perjured declarations submitted to him, etc.  I think that should do it for now.
