IRS, FBI, and DOJ,
I want to go through the emails I've received from Stephen Gianelli and "Susanne Walsh" for the period referred to in the subject line of this email. I will generally be reviewing them in reverse chronology. I am also once again attaching the Truth Sentinel/Phil Spector Interview Site slanderous posts made by Gianelli. It's helpful to review everything in its totality.
On August 30, 2016, Gianelli wrote with respect to my blog post of August 30, 2010 (email sent at 9.10 AM). His email addressed Agent Kelly Sopko (U.S. Treasury), Mr. Doug Davis (FTB), Mr. Paulmikell Fabian (IRS Chief Trial Counsel's Office), and Bruce Cutler (Phil Spector's Trial Counsel). These are all individuals who Gianelli has contacted in his attempt to infiltrate a variety of matters and elicit information. Those matters generally relate to Leonard Cohen, IRS, and Phil Spector. These are the same themes I was targeted over during my Show Trial where the City Attorney elicited testimony about Phil Spector and Cohen's gun story (Cohen now has three versions of this incident before LA Superior Court) while lying about federal tax matters and willfully and knowingly concealing evidence. See April 18, 2011 email to IRS Commissioner's Staff and Cohen's perjury re. his being a recipient on the section of that email to Dennis Riordan. Cohen testified that he was a recipient; on cross he acknowledged that he was not; and this permitted Sandra Jo Streeter - who had the "DA's investigator" in the courtroom, probably to intimidate me - to elicit information about Phil Spector. As you know, the prosecutor in a case lays out their arguments first and Streeter is the person who raised IRS, federal tax matters, 1099s, K-1s, and so forth in opening. She is also the individual who introduced the testimony of Cohen's re. Phil Spector. As my lawyers would note on the record, the involvement of so much testimony about Phil Spector, former DA Steve Cooley, and DDA Alan Jackson made no sense. It does make sense if you also review my letter to DDA Alan Jackson. See attached. Investigator William Frayeh wrote, at the time, that he hand delivered this letter to former DA Steve Cooley, DDA Alan Jackson, and DDA Truc Do.
This particular email of Gianelli's goes into a bit of detail about Agent Kelly Sopko who he has previously slandered as my "federal pet." At no time did Agent Sopko inform me that she felt "sorry" for me. We did discuss the fact that Ray's custody matter was disturbing and I was exceedingly upset at that time about Rutger's horrific accident. We did not meet at LAX. Agent Sopko did send me an email instructing me to report the allegations related to Cohen's criminal tax fraud to Agent Tejeda, Los Angeles IRS fraud group, and document the issue with as much specificity as possible while providing Agent Tejeda with evidence. Agent Sopko's email appeared in the "IRS Binder' the City Attorney handed my lawyers on April 9, 2012 which led to my insisting upon a subpoena for Agent Tejeda, which was issued. This email of Gianelli's also confirms that he phoned Agent Tejeda in 2009 and makes some unsubstantiated accusations that I find offensive. Gianelli has previously written that Agent Tejeda exonerated Leonard Cohen. Both of these issues will be addressed in my formal letter to Senator Grassley/Senate Finance Committee.
This particular email of Gianelli's then explains who Doug Davis, FTB, is. I believe I am aware of who Doug Davis is since he called me, we discussed the fact that Leonard Cohen refused to provide me with IRS required tax and corporation, and in September 2011 he advised me to go get the information I requested and removed the lien placed on my account because FTB guesstimated income based on my 2003 returns. To this date, neither IRS nor FTB have any 1099s or K-1s from Cohen or his related entities for the years 2004 and/or 2005 re. income for those periods. IRS did receive illegal K-1s from LCI, indicating that I was partner on LCI for the years 2004 and 2005, and informing IRS that I received $0 income for those years. I was never a partner. I never worked as a "signature gatherer" in the Bay Area. Gianelli somehow wants to elicit information about Doug Davis, FTB, and my false arrest, false imprisonment in April 2012.
This email then goes onto explain who Mr. Fabian is. I think I know who Mr. Fabian is because he is the individual at IRS Chief Trial Counsel's office I dealt with re. the request I filed re. a motion for leave to file a fraud upon the court motion in connection with the fraud transmitted to Tax Court and IRS Chief Trial Counsel's Office re. the $1 million non-refundable prepayment Cohen received (TH IP deal downpayment) in 1999. Gianelli seems to believe that this email will end up in evidence somewhere. He writes with an eye towards the reader and usually throws in sickenly gratuitous remarks about the various judges I have been before. He seems to believe the judges will read his emails. I did submit a declaration to Tax Court that contained a tremendous amount of the harassing emails I received from Gianelli. Gianelli appears interested in my communications with IRS and wants information about those communications.
He then moves onto Bruce Cutler. I obviously know who Bruce Cutler is. He represented my friend Phil Spector during one of his so-called "murder" trials related to the woman who shot herself at his home.
Gianelli's email of August 28, 2016 (12.41 PM) fraudulently states that I wrote Ray's declaration and signed his name to it - therefore, according to my stalker, it has "zero evidentiary value." He copied Alan Hootnick on this email with this fraudulent accusation.
On August 28, 2012 (12.37 PM) Gianelli wrote re. "Correction." Later, Susanne Walsh would write an email to me that's subject was also "correction." Alan Hootnick was copied on this email of Gianelli's. As with his postings on Truth Sentinel, Gianelli is interested in reviewing information, evidence, and other issues related to my false imprisonment, false arrest, show trial, fraud domestic violence order, Sandra Jo Streeter, probation retaliation, appeal that I attempted to abandon - filled with lies about me, IRS, federal tax matters, etc., motion to vacate Cohen's fraudulent default judgment, fraud upon the court motion, renewal of the fraud default judgment; and the Colorado order issued without findings, based on fraud and perjury, as well as - again - the fraudulent domestic violence order. Gianelli also addressed the Tax Court Petition, 9th Circuit, and the fee waiver denial re. Central Cali and the legal pleading related to that fee waiver. Gianelli is correct - Cohen and his lawyers were not served that suit after the fee waiver request was denied.
On August 28, 2016 (10.53 AM) Gianelli wrote me about his former client Karina Von Watteville and her baseless lawsuit against me, Paulette Brandt, and Linda Carol. The email is relatively incoherent. Gianelli wants to address the trial the judge set in that case; potential subpoenas to ICE and law enforcement, witness fees, admissible evidence, and my position that Bryant-Deason's failure to ask people to have a seat - when Paulette was standing there with a cane and had difficulty walking - was rude. Bryant-Deason was relatively aggressive with all of us and that includes Von Watteville so it must be her nature. In any event, this is my personal opinion and I am not a member of a bar, with a license to lie, who plans to con a judge. As I've said, if Bryant-Deason would like to discuss my personal opinions directly, I have no problem with that. She is not the only individual in the courtroom with a perspective on the situation. That is my perspective.
On August 30, 2016 (9.32 AM) Gianelli wrote with respect to a blog post of mine. He wanted to "discuss" Mr. Fabian, Agent Sopko, Bruce Cutler, and Mr. Davis.
On August 27, 2016 (11.15 PM), Gianelli wrote what is clearly a cover-your-ass email. He wanted to "set the record straight" apparently.
On August 28, 2016 (2.42 PM), Gianelli wrote to advise me that he didn't want me to change the subject from cease and desist. He wanted to talk about Bruce Cutler. He didn't seem interested in his previous statements that Pat Dixon and Alan Jackson, Spector's prosecutors, feared for their lives over Eminem's lyrics to "Love the Way You Lie" and "Puke." Streeter feared for her life over an email I sent FBI/DOJ with an example of the false threat scam allegations/prosecutions taking place in LA. This led to my discussion with Detective Viramontes (LAPD's TMU) about whether or not he felt she has psychiatric problems. Viramontes advised me, based on our conversation, that he would ask her if she actually feared IRS and FBI.

On August 28, 2016 (12.21 PM) Gianelli wrote attempting to elicit information about "Bruce Cutler." He copied Alan Hootnick on that particular email. Gianelli is obsessed with Bruce Cutler.
On August 28, 2016 (12.19 PM) Gianelli wrote to harass me over Bruce Cutler again and wondered what "proceeding" Bruce Cutler might testify in.
On August 28, 2016 (12.18 PM), Gianelli wrote again about Bruce Cutler and copied Alan Hootnick. He also mentioned "Pat Dixon." I have asked IRS, FBI, and DOJ to investigate any and all discussions Bruce Cutler had with Pat Dixon about me and Gianelli's previous public statements that "Pat Dixon" was behind the Deneuve roll-by. I have discussed that incident at length with the Denver FBI. Denver FBI wasn't convinced LAPD was behind that incident.
On August 28, 2016 (9.16 AM) Gianelli again wrote about Bruce Cutler. He mentioned my alleged conversations with Cutler's partner. Actually, my public defender called Bruce Cutler and spoke to his partner during my show trial.
On August 28, 2016 (3.13 AM), Gianelli wrote still another email about Bruce Cutler. Alan Hootnick evidently forwarded an email of mine to Gianelli.
On August 27, 2016 (9.59) in response to Alan Hootnick's email to Gianelli re. Susanne Walsh, Gianelli wrote a rather detailed email about her. He also lied to Alan Hootnick throughout that email about me. Gianelli mentioned monikers I believe he uses to harass me (email addresses) and to engage in online dialogues without himself and "third" parties, many of whom appear to be Gianelli. Also Ed Lozzi. In this email, Gianelli wanted to talk about Killer King/SWAT. I've asked IRS, FBI, and DOJ to investigate that incident, the entirely fraudulent Killer King file (that does not contain my information or medical data), and the coordinated custody matter. This email contains quite a lot of information about my younger son. Gianelli does not know me or my sons. Gianelli evidently previously falsely accused me to Alan Hootnick of creating the email monikers that I believe he uses. This man will say and do anything. The Phawker site and the insanity on that site was raised in this email.
On August 27, 2016 (10.20 AM) Gianelli wrote about the fact that I will pursue all appeals re. Leonard Cohen that involve me and which are presently before the Second Appellate Division to the U.S. Supreme Court. I will. I have as good a chance to be heard there as anyone else in this country. Their pro se process is quite straightforward as are their pro se forms.
On August 26, 2016 (3.17 AM) Gianelli wrote about my appeal (one of them) and wanted to discuss "waiver." My AOB has headings. Gianelli's August 26, 2016 (2.42 AM) email also addressed my appeal and headings, waiver.
On August 24, 2016 (9.30 PM) Gianelli wrote to discuss "Tax Court," RICO, and other potential federal suits I will file.
On August 22, 2016 (10.35 PM) Gianelli wrote to harass me over Karina Von Watteville.
On August 18, 2016 (12.22 PM) Gianelli wrote to elicit information about Christian Slater's lawyers and my communications with them that I forwarded IRS, FBI, DOJ, etc. Karina Von Watteville then raised the fact, during the hearing, that Gianelli forwarded her this email that Alan Hootnick evidently sent him.
There are other Gianelli emails (set forth below). And there are the emails I received from "Susanne Walsh" and her confirmation that Doug Davis wrote her with respect to them. I then phoned the FTB's criminal division about Gianelli and "Walsh's" lies about me, and other matters, being transmitted to Doug Davis by these two parties.
I just wanted to go through the latest harassment and the content of that harassment.
