More harassing emails. This particular one relates to Karina Von Watteville and Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC 614279. Is there something the local government of Los Angeles would like to know about SWAT/Killer King? I have asked IRS, FBI, and DOJ to investigate those matters. I have legally notified the City and County that I intend to file federal lawsuits over those incidents and they do indeed relate to a coordinated custody matter (LA Superior Court Case No. SFO 000 150). The Killer King file does not belong to me. It is not my medical file. The social security number, medical number, date of birth, place of birth, religious affiliate, etc. are wrong. My name is misspelled, as usual. I attach herewith, for your reference, my letters to City/County legal representatives about my future lawsuits re. these matters. I also attach hereto a copy of my letter to Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson that relates to these and other matters. The original letter, September 2009, was hand delivered by Investigator William Frayeh to former DA Steve Cooley, DDA Alan Jackson, and DDA Truc Do. It's very interesting to review this letter vis a vis my show trial and the testimony your office elicited. Not everyone is a moron, Mike. I can assure you of that fact. I can assure you that I know precisely how to get off of Jury Duty, if need be. One way would be for me to obtain a federal injunction against LA Superior Court staying Jury Duty when/if/should that arise. I have witnessed one prosecutor after another lie to LA Superior Court and jurors. I have seen LA Superior Court condone the use of fraud and perjury with respect to its orders, verdicts, and judgments. I have witnessed blatant Brady violations and other misconduct.

She raised emails to DOJ with the Court. I informed the Court that I do not appreciate KVW lying about emails to DOJ. I've sent you my transcribed shorthand notes of that hearing. For the record, I think it was rude that the judge didn't have Paulette sit down as she was there with a cane and is having difficulty walking. That's my personal opinion and I think I'm entitled to that. I also found it rather aggressive of her to yell at us when we were discussing the fact that KVW's Complaint confirmed that she owns property in NY, vis a vis fee waivers, while KVW informed the Court that she sold that property in 2007. It is easy to verify KVW's statements in the Complaint.Stephen Gianelli, who is amused with his conduct, would like to elicit information about potential subpoenas and has raised d"ICE" and law enforcement as possibilities. He has also raised "witness fee checks" as an issue. Would Gianelli like to sell the proceedings of this unconscionable lawsuit to a reality show. I think that's a reference to KVW's role in the Christian Slater case. She repeatedly attempted to raise the Slater case with the Court at the hearing. In fact, when the Court mentioned some erroneous case reference in the file, KVW informed the Court that I attempted to insert myself into the "Opposition." The information was in the file inadvertently and had nothing to do with our matter.Gianelli wants to talk about "admissible evidence" as determined by a "seasoned trial judge." He clearly assumes Judge Bryant-Deason will review his emails so his comments about her are gratuitous. I am more than happy to address my views on Bryant-Deason's conduct with her directly. She is not the only individual in that courtroom with an opinion. Her POV and perceptions are no more valid than mine or anyone other's for that matter.Gianelli and his ongoing harassment is not at issue in this case. KVW's baseless lawsuit relates to defamation vis a vis me. Please see my Answer to her Complaint, attached hereto.Karina Von Watteville's case statement contains the following statements. It mentions that I lost a "judgment" for "similar actions." I have no idea what she is talking about. It mentions Cohen's "judgment debt" for $14 million. I discussed the fact that this renewal of judgment is under appeal and the Court reviewed the docket information during the hearing and confirmed that Cohen's reply brief is due on September 19, 2016. KVW's case statement mentions a "prominent attorney." I advised the Court that, as set forth in this sentence, one could clearly conclude that KVW is really talking about Cohen. However, she is obviously also inserting "Bruce Cutler" into this case as he is the only prominent attorney involved in a variety of matters. The City Attorney did indeed assign Bruce Cutler a fraudulent domestic violence related order and that is an ongoing matter that I would like Senate Judiciary, DOJ, and others to investigate. KVW evidently has a crystal ball as she informed the Court that I "will abuse the discovery process." We shall see what unfolds in reality. KVW has also raised "thousands of emails" to "government agencies." And, raised a "psychiatric hold" that one can assume relates to King Drew. That's where things stand in that case. Gianelli's role here appears to involve attempts to elicit information, discovery, and so forth. KVW also confirmed for the Court that Gianelli had recently forwarded her an email I sent related to "interrogatories" in this case. That email was forwarded to Gianelli by Alan Hootnick and relates to the Christian Slater case. I have forwarded that email of Gianelli's to each of you. Gianelli has been advised to cease and desist.Kelley
