The proxy lawyer continues to criminally harass me, my sons, sister and others. He is now focused on my claims against the City and County of Los Angeles. I am filing a federal lawsuit and have no idea what this man is talking about. However,he has been quite clear: he was involved in both of my arrests by the City Attorney of Los Angeles. I did not live in Los Angeles and the original Colorado order is NOT domestic violence. The May 25, 2011 order is invalid, unlawful, and now involves issues related to "wire tapping" due to its entry into CLETS as "domestic violence." The order is domestic violence in California; LA Superior Court's website confirms that; the case number assigned is BQ (downtown Family Law domestic violence matter); and the City Attorney's Family Violence Unit prosecuted the case and retaliated against me. GIanelli and Walsh have now, once again, begun harassing me, my sons, and sisters, copying in Deputy City Attorney "Vivienne Swanigan." This individual expressly instructed this man to continue criminally harassing me; asked him to pass along official message from their office to me; and, appears to have given him private details about my attendance at hearings. This man has been stalking and harassing me, and others, since he heard from Michelle Rice in May 2009. I have no idea who he is. He seems dangerously unstable.

Since you acknowledged in your letter of July 31, 2014 that your claims against the City and County of Los Angeles were denied 5-months ago, the obvious question is why you haven’t yet filed suit?
You are aware that the Government Tort Claims Act gives you no more than six months from the denial of your claims to do so, right?

Prior to filing any Section 1983 civil rights claim, you may wish to review the following Supreme Court cases; Stump v. Sparkman (1978) 435 U.S. 349 [state court judges have absolute immunity against 1983 claim for their judicial actions]; Imbler v. Pachtman (1976) 424 U.S. 409 [prosecutors have absolute immunity against 1983 claim]; Briscoe v. LaHue 460 U.S. 325 (1983) [private persons have absolute immunity against 1983 claim for alleged perjury committed in judicial proceeding].
Your alleged federal civil rights claims concerning your arrest, criminal conviction, and the $7.9M civil judgment against will therefore be dismissed.
Your state law tort claims have similar problems.
