Hello DOJ,
I have now forwarded you the latest round of harassing emails. Gianelli is now arguing the City and County's legal position with respect to me, evidently.
He has raised very important issues that demand an investigation: SWAT, Killer King, kidnapping, fraudulent entry of default, fraudulent registration of the foreign order as a "domestic violence" order; and the claims I filed address a false arrest in January 2014.
In any event, I intend to file lawsuits and when Gianelli enters a formal appearance on behalf of the City or County, and a judge orders me to communicate with him, then I will respond to this ongoing harassment.
Of course, his relationship with the "City Attorney" demands an investigation. The City Attorney expressly directed this man to continue criminally harassing me, instructed him to communicate official messages from them to me, and provided him with details of what they were doing and my hearings - including, from what I could tell, details of my appearance. I find that unconscionable. Of course, Cooley's role with Cohen in the fraud restraining order matter warrants a very serious investigation as does his office's communications with the City Attorney about me. It all looks highly coordinated. That's why I thought they might confess to a blatant legal conspiracy involving Leonard Cohen, IRS and federal tax matters, Phil Spector and one of Cohen's three versions of the gun story, and an all out attempt to intimidate and discredit me.
I'm working on the schedules that will be attached to my motions re. Cohen's fraudulent judgment and fraudulent domestic violence order. LA Superior Court is all over federal tax matters. Let me quote my public defender: the City Attorney is attempting to sabotage the IRS; they want to discredit you; and, the DA does not want the Phil Spector verdict overturned. He was also very clear throughout my trial that the focus on Steve Cooley and Alan Jackson as surreal. They had nothing to do with this case and there's ample evidence that Mick Brown/UK Telegraph advised me that he reviewed the Spector Grand Jury testimony/transcript. Finally, it's important to note that Sandra Jo Streeter lied about many IRS and federal tax matters.
