Richard Westin,

I have the tax returns for these entities.  I would like you to know that Cohen/Kory told Lindsey that I had sex with you to obtain a private annuity obligation. You visited one time and Yongzin Rinpoche, and others, were present.  That includes my friend Karen.  We did not have sex.  This was their first line of defense.  So far I've been accused of having sex with Oliver Stone, you, Richard Rutowski (Oliver Stone and my friend and his co-producer), and others.

I see that you did not deduct Cohen's personal transaction fees from the 2001 federal tax return.  Greenberg is in receipt of a fax that Cohen personally signed authorizing payments of those transactions fees.  Greenberg's Intervention document properly addresses Cohen's plans to conceal evidence.  I have the same deal with Cohen that Machat & Machat had.  Leonard Cohen does NOT tell me where to deposit my commissions.  Period.  This man was not my husband.  

The lengths they have gone to destroy me speaks volumes.  In any event, if you intend to confess to preparing fraudulent tax returns, please let me know.  I believe they are correct however I do not understand why you failed to report the 2001 Sony deal, why my promissory note was extinguished, or why the annuity obligation was extinguished.  I would like to hear your answers and do not intend to guess.  My lawyers and accountant brought those issues to my attention.  Cohen is simply explaining away corporate records, signed agreements, etc.  He's fortunate that LA Superior Court condones fraud, perjury, and concealment.  

These are very serious federal tax matters.  The City Attorney, Cohen, and Kory all lied about them during my 2012 IRS/Phil Spector trial.  I have much of the testimony on my blog.  Cohen's fan, Gianelli, Phil Spector's former assistant, have targeted my blogs and email accounts.  They want to silence me.  Evidently only Cohen has the right to speak.  This is a Canadian who cannot live in Canada, from what he told me, because of his tax and residence problems.  I've discussed this with the tax authorities in Canada.  The State of Kentucky believed the IRS should audit Cohen from the date he first obtained a green card: 1970.  I've spoken with the Fraud Unit in the State of Kentucky.  They advised me to place the non-revocable assignments in a safety deposit box and

confirmed TH is a "partnership" in Kentucky.  Not California.

legal position.  I cannot really understand how one explains away the corporate records, etc. but it should be fascinating.  Of course, Cohen thinks he can just use vicious tactics against me.  And, his lawyer communicated with an individual criminally harassing me who thinks I should be murdered, raped, or commit suicide over this situation.  I don't think slandering me, calling me a whore/drunk/drug addict, is a defense to criminal conduct.  Clearly, the custody matter was coordinated.  Greenberg is correct on that front.

It's actually Feuer's Exhibit A.  It's one long lie.  Just a fabricated narrative that willfully disregards all corporate records, federal and state tax returns, stock units,etc.  It is helpful that courts do not require evidence.  Why bother keeping corporate records or filing federal tax returns?

Someone permitted me to use their Pacer account.  I've downloaded some of the documents I didn't receive in the Greenberg matter.  That includes Joel Feuer's declaration, filled with perjured statements, and information I believe relates to the California arbitration.  Clearly, I was being falsely accused and have a constitutional right to confront my accusers.  I will create about this document as well.  See attached.  See also Greenberg's Amended Complaint from August 2, 2005.  I did not attempt to evade service.  The document thrown outside my front door; I gave it to my neighbor; and Clea Surkhang picked up a copy in Colorado and fedexed it to me.  Rice simply lied in her declaration about this matter.  Service was not an issue in the Greenberg case.  I spoke to Judge Babcock, explained my concerns about criminal tax fraud, and confirmed that I would not be entering an appearance.  Rice, who does not know me,

provided the Court with information about my email accounts, etc?  That email account was targeted and shut down.

I have also included the order re. the Interpleaded funds.  I believe it proves theft on the part of Cohen, the alter ego.
