Hello IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

This morning's criminally harassing emails from The Stalker.  I will tell you one place I had a right to confront my accuser:  in the fraudulent "domestic violence' matter since the government decided to assign me a statutory required dating relationship when the Boulder order was and is not a domestic violence order.  It was merely Leonard Cohen's desperate attempt to silence me with yet another fabricated and inane narrative.  I personally do not understand how Cohen and Greenberg planned to mediate re. the TH account without my presence.  I am, after all, a rightful owner of a share of that entity.  It really makes very little sense that Cohen would not have named Greenberg as a party to the lawsuit where Westin and I were defendants.  

It's not difficult to obtain a default judgment when an individual is not served the summons & complaint and a man like Leonard Cohen has a team of representatives willing to do and say anything.  In fact, they were willing to completely disregard all corporate books, records, agreements, tax returns, etc.  The two cases I have raised with Jeffrey Korn are related and were consolidated by LA Superior Court.  

I have demanded nothing from Korn.  I have asked to be served ALL DOCUMENTS in the default matter and related document seizure case that involves very serious issues with respect to the seizure of partnership, corporate, and tax documents as well as Phil Spector masters, Machat & Machat business documents, my personal property, etc.  I have noticed that Leonard Cohen's ongoing theme is one of arrogance:  he has a right to not serve someone; wrongfully convert their property to himself; ignore all corporate governance; apply for fraudulent refunds based on a fraud expense ledger; take the witness stand and lie; retaliate; and turn himself into a truly pathetic victim who even believes that documents he clearly approves (Annuity Agreement) have paragraphs that he doesn't agree with.  

LA Superior Court is all over federal tax and corporate issues and the illegal default judgment did not address the issues I will be addressing in my federal lawsuit.  Leonard Cohen's loans/expenditures, which he embezzled from the TH alleged retirement account, were not raised in the LA Superior Court proceedings and will be at issue in my federal lawsuit.
