Hello FBI,

The City of Los Angeles seems to have an inordinate interest in my blog. I spoke to my mother today (including about the fact that Gianelli wrote me, copying in Streeter and my sister).  She is convinced I am dealing with insane people and thinks it is a good idea for me to simply send all Gianelli's communications to the FBI.  She sees right through this situation and we have again discussed precisely what Streeter lied about, concealed, etc.  She remains appalled that Streeter and Cohen targeted Rutger over his horrifying accident.  These people are capable of anything.  My mother thinks the City Attorneyis out of his mind and is convinced that the taxpayers will view this as an outrageous waste of taxpayer dollars.  We agree - I am dealing with LA and this is LA Confidential.  I reminded her that Gianelli is the stark raving lunatic who had the nerve to call them - and he absolutely attempted to blackmail my sister and her husband.  Here's the question people are now wondering - is there money in this for Gianelli?  Excellent question.  He has the audacity to continue to write me and my appellate attorney?  Well, witness tampering and witness intimidation (with the City Attorney copied in on many emails from him to me and my sister) hardly begins to describe this situation.
