Hello Francisco,

The City Attorney is clearly insane.  I think oral arguments should address their respondent's brief - including:

Appellant regularly, falsely accused Cohen of testifying before a grand jury in the Phil Spector murder trial, resuling in a conviction.  The City Attorney not only conceals evidence (and individuals such as Mick Brown/UK Telegraph re. this matter) but adds flourishes - resulting in a conviction.  What do you think they are trying to prove here since Mick Brown has written me, is copied in on my emails, and you cannot conceal reality.  So that's a serious issue and they continue to conceal the email Streeter received from Cohen on April 5, 2012.  

The CIty Attorney's outrageous comments on IRS required tax documents - including the 1099 I do not have for 2004 - is unconscionable.  The taxpayers should be up in arms.  This is their money.  The K-1s are illegal and evidence of criminal conduct but Carmen Trutanich seems to think is acceptable use of taxpayer dollars.  

I think a huge issue should be the fact that I was not served or notified of the California order and Schmitter is a bald-faced liar standing in direct defiance of the U.S. Constitution.  Does Trutanch think the taxpayer should pay for that also?  Well, he's wrong.  Everyone in reality sees right through this situation.

These lies are on the record and I want the lies address with the appellate division.  As far I'm concerned, they can prove that they think this unconscionable legal outrage is acceptable.  

What does it mean to annoy someone, Francisco?  I think it means we are looking at an unconstitutionally vague statute that the City Attorney uses to help celebrities with civil liability matters.  It really helps when, as people are noting, the DA has his investigator hanging out in the courtroom.  Are you clear about how Cohen and Spector are connected and how I know them.  This is what people want to know.  Berkeley PD got it immediately.  They also noted - this is a waste of taxpayer dollars.  They were curious about the IRS and FBI.  LA Confidential is not.  The taxpayers mean nothing and they must simply foot the bill for the DA and City Attorney's self-inflicted revenge fantasies.  

I am now studying their response for all their lies and will compile a list this week.  If they want to lie, I want to expose them.  They'll be featured in my book.
