Too Bad My Trial Lawyer Was Humoring Me Rather Than Representing Me

Joel,

Perhaps my trial lawyers should have been meeting with me at Lynwood and paying attention to details rather than humoring me, per Gianelli.  What is the man talking about?  The lunatic prosecutor - who  has now engaged in retaliation (possibly over my appeal) entered the insanity into the record - including with respect to Phil Spector.  See Nikhil's closing.  We had no idea why Cooley and Jackson were raised constantly as issues.  If anything's the product of mental illness - see Sandra Jo Streeter, Leonard Cohen, Steve Cooley, Alan Jackson, some lunatic DA investigator (who Nikhil saw lunching with Cohen), and two paid lying lawyers.  Then there's the trial lawyer talking to Gianelli.  If I'm not in LA Confidential then there's been a massive escape from an asylum for the criminally insane.  I am not in denial of my mental health.  Perhaps Mike Kelly or whatever trial lawyer is lying to Gianelli is.  I was advised that the City Attorney attempted to sabotage me and the IRS and the DA did not want the Spector verdict overturned.  See Nikhil's closing argument.  It's factual.

I am advising whoever spoke to Gianelli to cease and desist.  I did not waive attorney client privilege and I don't view this as a product of mental illness. I view this as a serious legal issue that I now want addressed with the appellate or trial court.  Advise both trial lawyers to formally withdraw from my case.  It seems like a very simple statement.

As to the latter assertion, I spoke to your “trial lawyer” Ms. Lynch and he believes no such thing. Your defenders made a judgment call that it would be in your interests to humor you on this subject and attempt to gently steer the defense focus to more realistic theories rather than bluntly trying to disabuse you of these foolish ideas – which are quite frankly the product of mental illness. There was a perception that you are in “total denial” of the state of your mental health. I agree completely.
