My email to Derrick Sanders/Appellate Division does not involve you. You do indeed represent Cohen's legal interests and have harassed me and others for years over Leonard Cohen, IRS, and so forth. I don't take the words of a man who terrorized my sons for seven straight years as truthful and you, Kory & Rice appear to be engaged in some type of cover-your-ass operation although you have repeatedly, and recently, attempted to elicit information about my communications/meetings with IRS.
The request for an extension of time was not the issue. The fraudulent statement that I am difficult to contact with respect to a "stipulation" was the issue. That issue does not go to the merits of the "fraud upon the court" appeal but it most certainly does indicate that Cohen and his attorneys-of-record will and do lie to the Court. And, they submit altered Court Orders to the Court as well. My email to Derrick Sanders did not address "tax fraud" so I will view your statement as a further attempt to elicit information about the allegations that Cohen committed criminal tax fraud. I will copy who I want on my emails documenting everything that has unfolded since reporting those allegations to IRS and other tax authorities.
The person who I believe sounds like a nut is Leonard Cohen. That would explain why he fantasizes about men (like Phil Spector or Castro's forces) holding guns on him; thinks exposing his penis to a female colleague is a "dating relationship;" lied on the stand about my blaming him for Rutger's horrific accident; inserted himself into Ray's coordinated custody matter; and generally feels free to perjure himself, steal from others, and so forth.
Advising the Court that Cohen and his lawyers are lying to them is not wasting the Court's time. Condoning fraud, perjury, and lies wastes taxpayers resources and turns the court system into a mockery of justice.
Cease and desist, criminal.
