Cohen has embezzled approximately $7.8 million from one corporate entity alone. The federal tax matters implicated by this fraud judgment are far from over and the IRS just advised me that a restraining order - fraudulent or otherwise - cannot be used to prevent someone from requesting tax/corporate information. That does make one wonder about LAPD TMU's report that confirms that my alleged emails were generally requests for "tax information." Nevertheless, the City Attorney lied profusely about this matter and the jurors during debriefing wanted to hear from IRS. They obviously thought they were hearing a federal tax matter. I am not in receipt of the IRS required tax/corporate information and have not violated any restraining order. KVW just lied to the court about that fact. She is not being cyber-harassed, stalked or anything else. She and her lawyer, Gianelli, have harassed me and others through email communications.
Karina Von Watteville submitted a Case Statement, which I will scan and email you, to LA Superior Court. She is attempting to use Cohen's fraudulent default judgment and fraudulent domestic violence order, against me. I intend to contact the California Department of Justice about this issue [the fraud domestic violence order the City Attorney obtained for Bruce Cutler which he did not request]. I have already communicated with them about Cohen's fraudulent domestic violence order and their databases.
Von Watteville has mentioned a "prominent attorney" in her document, as one would anticipate. That is clearly you. Why? Because the City Attorney, without your asking them to do so, obtained a fraudulent domestic violence related order for you. I raised that in my motion to vacate the fraud domestic violence order that is now under appeal. What does KVW want to know about you? It obviously relates to Phil Spector.
As is true generally for Gianelli, who KVW mentioned at the hearing [and confirmed he represented her in the past], the issues are intentionally obfuscated and confused. KVW advised the Court that Gianelli just forwarded her an email re. a case and mentioned interrogatories. That must be the Christian Slater matter since Alan Hootnick forwarded that email to Gianelli.

Let's see where Karina Von Watteville is headed with this baseless, fraudulent, extortionate lawsuit. She wants to play games with the big boys evidently. So did Sandra Jo Streeter. Hopefully, you'll end up on the witness stand.
