Karina Von Watteville is a woman who resided with Paulette Brandt. After receiving Ms. Brandt's rental arrears demand, KVW phoned Robert Kory who - for reasons unknown - advised her to sue me. The woman ended up in Small Claims Court screaming about Leonard Cohen and Robert Kory. The mediator advised me to bring that to the attention of the Court. KVW then ended up represented by Stephen Gianelli who attempted to insert himself into the Tax Court matter, attempted to elicit information from you, and ended up inserting extraneous issues (such as the Phil Spector case, Steve Cooley, etc.) into the Tax Court matter. I have put my statements on the record in that case and, privately, in a declaration I delivered to you personally. KVW has now sued me and Paulette Brandt. Her case management statement refers to Cohen's fraudulent default judgment renewal, fraudulent domestic violence order, and Bruce Cutler. It's very clear what her case is about. She then attempted to raise the Christian Slater case during the hearing the other day. Her reason for doing so related to a letter I received from his lawyer about KVW's role in the Slater case (which is a matter of public record on her Facebook page, etc.), and their requests for information about, among other things, her defamation case against me and Stephen Gianelli's role. A third party transmitted that email to Stephen Gianelli who then harassed me over it. He also evidently transmitted to KVW.
All of the issues in KVW's lawsuit arose from Paulette Brandt's Small Claims case (Gianelli ultimately assisted KVW in overturning the judgment awarded to Paulette) and a declaration Linda Carol asked me to assist her with. I basically took shorthand notes, typed the document, and continuously confirmed the information with her - in emails she responded to and with witnesses present. [Linda Carol] confirmed some of this information for LAPD's TMU and also filed a separate complaint with them about her fears related to KVW. KVW and Gianelli essentially terrorized Linda Carol over her declaration. Please see the answer to the complaint I filed with this court. Leonard Cohen, IRS and tax matters, fraud domestic violence orders, Bruce Cutler, and Phil Spector are irrelevant and immaterial to the fraud, extortion lawsuit KVW filed with LA Superior Court. Six months prior to Cohen obtaining his fraud restraining order (NOT domestic violence, I might note), Greenberg's complaint confirmed that Cohen/Kory planned to use fraud restraining orders and other tactics to discredit me.
I want you to understand that I have advised all parties yet again to cease and desist. Cohen still refuses to provide me with IRS required tax/corporate information. I consulted with numerous accountants and Gianelli sent Cohen's fraud to one of them in an attempt to intimidate the individual or turn them against me. That's another one of his roles.
As someone just wrote - I am dealing with people who are barely in the human realm. Please keep that in mind as this criminal terrorized my sons over Leonard Cohen. Cohen's newest lawyer, Wendy Lascher, is now misleading the court re. federal tax and other matters. I have recently spoken with an IRS agent about Cohen's attempt to conceal this evidence, his position that my K-1s, etc. are his, and all the fraud/perjury transmitted to IRS via the fraud LA Superior Court Complaint, fraud default, etc. I was given advice or instructions on how to relate with IRS more fully about these matters and am in the process of doing so. As I explained to the agent, I don't want fraud and perjury to go unchallenged once it's been transmitted to IRS and other tax authorities, used to obtain fraud tax refunds, etc. I also discussed the use of the fraud orders to prohibit me (arrest me actually - see LAPD's report that my alleged emails were generally requests for tax information) as well. No one can understand WTF the City Attorney was doing. Let me repeat my public defender: the City Attorney is attempting to sabotage IRS, discredit me, and the DA doesn't want the Spector verdict overturned. My appellate attorney wrote that my trial was an IRS matter that demands an investigation. My public defender also felt there may have been a juror plant on my jury. That juror evidently relied on the prosecutor's lies about corporate assets although the judge admonished them that the prosecutors statements, entirely fraudulent for the most part (and specifically with respect to federal tax matters), are not evidence and should not be considered. That seems problematic somehow.
I am addressing the VAWA funding fraud, etc. with Senator Grassley and the Finance Committee. If Gloria Steinem wants to be assigned a dating relationship with someone who sexually harassed her, exposed their penis to her, and looked at people defecating on one another online in front of her (as Cohen did with me), that's her problem. There's a rampant problem with courts giving out these dime a dozen orders and pathological lying in the court system - including with respect to service issues. For instance, Lascher just advised the Appellate Division that she couldn't get a stipulation because I'm hard to reach. That's a blatant lie. It doesn't matter if it appears small. It matters that these people, who just submitted an altered court order to the Appellate Division, continue to lie to them. The reason for this, as the taxpayers appear to understand, is the blatantly FRIVOLOUS tolerance of this conduct on the part of the court system.
