I am once again advising you and your client, Leonard Cohen, that the slanderous public attacks, harassing emails, and attempts to elicit information from third parties (as Gianelli just attempted with Kevin Huvane and Bryan Lourd, CAA) should immediately cease and desist. Stephen Gianelli terrorized my sons for seven straight years, continues to harass me and others (including Paulette Brandt), and works in tandem with, among others, Phil Spector's former assistant (Michelle Blaine), Cohen's fan (Susanne Walsh), Cohen's Fan (Christine Holloway), and others. He also appears to use monikers when posting and creates fake email accounts. For example, he appears to be Kelly Green and most certainly wrote the "bloody stump" email that I believe should be fully investigated.
The renewal of Cohen's fraudulent default judgment is under appeal. The fraudulent domestic violence order matter is currently under appeal and I will be asking the Senate Judiciary to investigate LA Superior Court's unlawful assignment of dating relationships, the willful failure to notify individuals of a newly created domestic violence order, the attempts to extort monies from me for the fraudulent domestic violence order, the use of the fraudulent domestic violence order to falsely arrest, prosecute, and sentence me (while permitting the City Attorney to elicit questions and information about IRS, federal tax matters, Phil Spector, etc.), the fraud presented to the jurors about those matters (and specifically federal tax matters), the transmission of fraud to the CLETS and other databases, etc.
Stephen Gianelli clearly represents Leonard Cohen and his interests. It is irrelevant that this psychopath lies about that fact. He also argues Phil Spector's prosecutors theories online. In fact, his posts about those issues appeared on this specific Truth Sentinel interview re. Phil Spector and that's precisely where Holloway and Gianelli are now posting. I do have evidence that Cohen/Kory planned to use fraudulent restraining orders to discredit me and that information will be provided to the Senate Judiciary with a request to investigate the fraudulent tax refunds Cohen obtained using the fraudulent LA Superior Court Complaint, perjured declarations, and fabricated expense ledger transmitted to IRS and other authorities.
If you have anything to say about Leonard Cohen and his legal issues with me, please address them through the court. I suppose you don't have to worry about submitting fraudulent misrepresentations, perjured statements, or blatantly lying to them since the court system appears to condone that conduct.

Over the course of the last two episodes I've gained a lot of respect for Kelly Lynch and completely understand why she wouldn't want to make amends with Leonard Cohen. This has been an exceedingly interesting topic and it's been a pleasure working with you on this first season!

@Seth: Are you say that Leonard Cohen is a horrible person? :( A shame, because I find Leonard to be a genuine and compassionate person.
I doubt Seth is saying that at all.. Neither Seth, you or I know Leonard Cohen personally & there are good & bad aspects about most of us human beings.. Admitting our faults & righting our wrongs is all part of the forgiveness process. If a wrong has been committed here then a lot could be gained by attempting to right that wrong and accepting responsibilities for mistakes made. We are simply addressing the balance in a story that Leonard was able to have the upper hand on due to his fame and influence. Leonard is welcome to weigh in on this story but without hiding behind poetry, fame or fan support.
Scott, I would like to point out that the default judgment Cohen obtained, which is being challenged and the renewal of which is under appeal, is based solely on Leonard Cohen's fabricated allegations. I completely disagree that Leonard Cohen is a genuine or compassionate person, happen to know him well, and believe his actions towards me and my family members speak for themselves. Christine Holloway has written me personally to explain that she is Cohen's fan and does not know him. It's truly intriguing that people, who have no handle on the evidence and do not know the parties involved, feel comfortable drawing certain conclusions. It is also relevant to note that Cohen has intentionally inserted slanderous statements about me into his news accounts. I personally think Leonard Cohen is incapable of righting a wrong, accepting responsibility for anything, or addressing this matter truthfully. That is my personal opinion. Cohen has an army of professionals representing him in the various legal matters that involve me and are before the Appellate Court in Los Angeles. In fact, he has had more attorneys representing him in these matters than Phil Spector had throughout his so-called murder trial. Clearly, Cohen doesn't view any of this as frivolous and believes the stakes are high. In any event, I think it's rather elementary to view this in terms of good/bad although the fact that Cohen willfully bankrupted me, withheld commissions due me, wrongfully converted my property to himself, and feels entitled to behave in the manner in which he has does go to his character. Scott, I don't think it fair to accuse Leonard Cohen of "hiding behind his fans" just because he has not posted a comment here about a court matter that was fully and finally resolved when judgment was entered in May of 2006. A more accurate way of putting would be that he has moved on. As for Lynch's claim that the judgment is the subject of a pending appeal, not so at all. The time to appeal the 2006 judgment expired 90 days after it was entered. Thereafter, even though Lynch was emailing Cohen night and day since 2005 about the lawsuit, she waited until 2013 (seven years) to make a motion in court to set the judgment aside. That motion was denied on January 17, 2014 and Lynch did not appeal it. Lynch then filed a second motion to set aside the judgment in 2015, that was denied that same year. THAT order is on appeal, but is going nowhere, just as her appeal from her 2012 criminal conviction was denied, her 2015 tax court petition was dismissed, her 2016 appeal of the order dismissing the tax court petition was dismissed as "frivolous" by the court of appeal in 2016, and her "federal court RICO" suit - that was over 300 pages long and recycled every allegation she ever made against Cohen, was dismissed in three weeks later as "legally and factually frivolous". Kelley Lynch was fired for theft in 2004, twelve years ago. When she was sued she failed to go to court to contest the suit. even though she replied to the email inviting her to attend the hearing - by saying she would not attend.Kelley Lynch is the one who cannot "forgive" and move on.
Scott, Contact me personally (you have my information), if you would like to discuss this. Gianelli continues to represent Leonard Cohen's interests. That's beyond obvious. It's a 24/7 job for him. I'll be happy to go into any detail that interests you privately. Gianelli continues to harass me by email over Leonard Cohen, IRS and federal tax matters, and Phil Spector. He uses his harassment and slander to elicit information. For the record, I have four matters under appeal re. Cohen in Los Angeles and they are far from over. They include his fraud renewal of default; fraud domestic violence order; and other issues. They will be pursued further if need be. I wasn't fired for theft. Gianelli didn't know Cohen. Cohen heard I was reporting his tax fraud, that I was told is criminal, to IRS. Cohen failed to serve me his lawsuit. The trouble with all of Lynch's contentions is that they have already been litigated - and rejected - by federal and state courts. It is not permitted under the US (or for that matter the UK) justice system for someone like Kelley Lynch to sit on her rights for seven years, and then try to litigate her claims in 2013 (denied in 2014), 2015 (denied the same year) then try to raise the claims in federal court in 2016 (dismissed 3-weeks later) and now to try to appeal from the judgment entered agaist her ten years ago. There comes a point in every dispute where the court decision becomes final. In the Cohen vs. Lynch matter, that decision became final in 2006. The only one who does not realize it is over is Kelley Lynch.
Scott, I want to set the record straight here. I am in the midst of four appeals with respect to the Leonard Cohen legal matters. Those include appeals related to his renewal of the fraudulent default judgment and his fraudulent domestic violence restraining order that I also was not notified of. I didn't sit on my rights. I didn't read Cohen's Complaint until my stalker - Stephen Gianelli - posted it online in April 2010. Almost immediately after relocating to Los Angeles, in June 2013, I filed the appropriate motion to vacate Cohen's default which is evidence of his theft from me and nothing other than a narrative that attempts to explain away his role in sham transactions, shell corporations, and probable tax fraud. This is what motivated Cohen and I can assure you that I did not handle his tax, corporate, legal, accounting, or financial matters. Cohen and his team of professionals that he personally hired did. Leonard Cohen has recently hired a new law firm to assist with the appeals. He therefore has two law firms representing him. There is nothing frivolous about this situation. I continue to pursue remedies with respect to the federal tax and IRS matters. They too are far from over. Gianelli continues with his insanity, works in tandem with third parties to harass me, and his job appears to involve not only discrediting and slandering me but eliciting information. It is my personal opinion that he is also affiliated with the Spector prosecution. Please keep in mind that he worked in tandem with Spector's former assistant, Michelle Blaine, in targeting my email accounts and blogs. An investigator at the DA's office informed me, after concluding that Gianelli was a "shady character," that Gianelli may have found a sympathetic ear with Spector's prosecutor, Alan Jackson, about me. This is how this crowd functions. Gianelli also spent over seven years terrorizing my sons and continues to harass Paulette Brandt. We do not know this man who conducts himself like a common criminal. The stakes are clearly high; and the lows are vile.
Lynch "sat on her rights" for seven years, from the date judgment was entered in May of 2006 (which was in every print and on-line newspaper in the world) to October 2013 when she (belatedly) asked the court to set the judgment aside. That was a 7-year delay in asserting her rights. That is "sitting on your rights" by an measure.
Scott, Leonard Cohen hired publicists to spew slanderous statements and false allegations about me into the public domain. I didn't sit on my rights and do not know my stalker, Stephen Gianelli, who appears to be Cohen's co-conspirator representing his legal and other interests. Let me repeat this: these matters are all under appeal in Los Angeles and the federal tax matters remain unresolved. I was unaware of the judgment that was entered against me so I didn't sit on my rights. Unfortunately, LA Superior Court condones the use of fraud, perjury, and misconduct to enter fraudulent judgments, orders, and verdicts. It's extremely disturbing. One of the matters under appeal is a "fraud upon the court" motion I brought. Leonard Cohen's legal pleadings are replete with fraudulent misrepresentations, perjured declarations, and fabricated evidence. It's impossible to understand why any document should be signed under the "oath of perjury" when that it willfully disregarded by the court system. Gianelli continues to contact third parties about me, slanders me relentlessly in those emails, and continues to harass people in my life. The man is out of control. Kelley
Lynch was fully aware that a multi-million dollar judgment was entered against her in 2006. It was in all the papers, and all her family and friends knew. Lynch emailed Cohen and others incessantly about his "fraud judgment". And Lynch has been emailing me since April of 2009 about Cohen's "fraud judgment" against her. Once you know there is a judgment against you, you are not allowed to delay even a few months. She delayed seven years. So all of this frantic activity is too little YEARS too late.
