I have received countless harassing emails from Stephen Gianelli, your co-conspirator and an individual representing Leonard Cohen's legal interests, over my RICO suit. I have contacted the 9th Circuit about the harassment over my "fee waiver," something your client attempted to have terminated before LA Superior Court in retaliation over my motion for terminating sanctions (fraud upon the court).
There is a RICO suit and I have every legal right to pursue remedies for the default judgment obtained through fraud. Is there something you and your client feel will be accomplished by this incessant harassment? My sons were terrorized for years over this. My younger son provided me with a declaration confirming that these emails *` made him physically ill. And yet, your firm advised this criminal to continue harassing me - because it made Rice "rich as fuck" and Kory asked him to bcc him on the harassing emails.
There are indeed legitimate and outstanding business, legal, and tax matters between me and Cohen. Lying about that fact will never will change it. Your client will have an opportunity to respond to my RICO suit. I understand it's now your legal position that the federal court will discriminate against me due to my economic situation while tolerating the excessive your client's use of fraud, perjury, etc. to obtain orders, judgments, and verdicts. I find that mind-boggling.
I am still not in receipt of IRS required tax and corporate information; answers as to how the "mistake" in my ownership in TH - which you refuse to explain to me - affected the federal tax returns where I am included as a partner or where the intellectual property ended up. Is it just "out there" as Rice advised Judge Hess? Out where?

Earth to Kelley Lynch, it’s reality calling: THERE IS NO RICO SUIT! NEVER HAS BEEN!
Had you ever filed a “RICO suit” it might be possible to suffer “harassment” regarding it.
But since you HAVE NEVER FILED SUIT AGAINST ANYONE, AT ANY TIME, LET ALONE A “RICO SUIT, that would be an impossibility.
It is time to start living in reality.
