You continue to be copied on emails sent by Stephen Gianelli. He evidently enjoys criminally harassing, stalking, terrorizing, slandering, defrauding, etc. people like myself, my sons, Paulette Brandt, and others. Stephen Gianelli has written me, with you copied, that he is intentionally attempting to dissuade me from pursuing legal remedies in matters related to Leonard Cohen and me. I didn't know Gianelli for the entire 20 years I worked with or knew Cohen. He has not entered a formal notice of appearance clarifying for any court that he is Leonard Cohen's attorney. Nevertheless, he argues Leonard Cohen's legal positions, assists with research, provides information for motions Kory & Rice file, was asked by Kory to bcc him on his harassing emails to me, was instructed by Rice to continue harassing me because it makes her "rich as fuck, and has communicated with Kory & Rice extensively since May 2009. Following that alleged communications he began terrorizing my sons, contacted us using the name "Joff Belark," misrepresented to me that Joff Belark was a journalist, and proceeded to write first of many slanderous articles and blog or internet posts about me. I believe he uses monikers (such as Kelly Green, Sydney, Mongochilli, Marianne I, 14th Sheepdog and 17th Shitzu) to engage in dialogues with himself, create online monikers and fake email accounts, and which are used to harass, stalk, slander, etc. me and others.
I have advised this criminal to cease and desist relentlessly.
