Three new harassing emails from the co-conspirator, stalker Stephen Gianelli.
What is Gianelli's interest in my finances? He has harassed me relentlessly over my fee waivers. I did contact the 9th Circuit about that issue. LA Superior Court charges approximately $14.50 for Von Watteville's documents. I won't spend $1 on her extortion/blackmail lawsuit against us. I have not been served and there have been no attempts to serve me.
Gianelli is also interested in my press release. This follows his interest in David Geffen, his net worth, and Dreamworks who know for a fact that Cohen wanted to sell the IP. Cohen demanded the sales. He demanded the complex stock deals due to his disdain for ordinary income taxes.
Does the stalker want to know if my RICO suit will address Judge Hess' orders, Judge Silverman's order, or the Tax Court order? He'll have to read the suit when it's filed. In the meantime, I have transmitted drafts of the RICO suit to IRS, FBI, DOJ, and others.
This man has relentlessly been advised to cease and desist. He routinely transmits fraudulent statements and blatant lies to third parties including government agencies. The man remains undeterred and did terrorize my sons for over six straight years. He continues to harass PB.
