I have not been served your lawsuit, no attempts to serve the suit have been made, you and Gianelli have harassed me over this, and you and Gianelli harassed Jules Zalon and demanded information from him although neither of you know him.
As LA Superior Court's website permits a preview (of half a page) of documents, I am aware that you filed this Complaint pro se and have a fee waiver. Therefore, my criminal stalker Stephen Gianelli is not representing you. However, he is writing me - in response to an email I sent to the City Attorney about your baseless, fraud lawsuit (because that's what I am convinced it is) - about authenticating evidence. I look forward to reading this Complaint as I have your legal writing sample. I look forward to how you handle evidence, discovery, etc. since at the Small Claims Court hearing - in front of the mediator - you were screaming about Leonard Cohen and Robert Kory and advised all of us that you phoned Kory.
I think Gianelli is referring to my grandfather - not my uncle. I just want to correct the factual mistake.
This harassment over your lawsuit should cease and desist. If I am not served within 30 days of March 17, 2016 (when you filed this lawsuit), I will respond to the court accordingly.
If you want to communicate with me, re this lawsuit, hit reply all. I am also pro se. Therefore, we are opposing counsel until Gianelli enters a formal notice of appearance on your behalf.

You may wish to read California Evidence Code sections 1200 and following.
Specifically, if YOU are the one offering your own emails into evidence they would be considered inadmissible hearsay, unless you can articulate an applicable statutory exception to the hearsay rule.
How are you in a position to "assure" anyone as to the admissibly of anything?
Your law degree? No.
Your bar admission? No.
Oh, I remember, your uncle was a federal magistrate judge in another state.
And you feel the rules should be whatever you think they should be.
