Who cares about Jim Goudarzi?  Gianelli should marry him.  I was grand-fathered in as a paralegal.  The judge in Boulder told me I was the smartest person to appear in her courtroom.  Hess told me that he was surprised that I researched and wrote the motion to vacate.  I don't have any training in default judgment, fraud upon the court, perjury, or fraud restraining order law.  Cohen's lawyers do and so does Gianelli.  I already explained to Hess that I have no experience whatsoever with "default judgment law."  That includes "gutter service."  Are these criminals proud of that?  

I resigned from Goudarzi's and his brother-in-laws could be witnesses.  In any event, Gianelli is on a fishing expedition.  Jim Goudarzi is the individual who advised me that the Secret Service were investigating a money laundering case that involved Iranian music promoters, hotels in Las Vegas, and the Iranian Regime.  It has nothing to do with me.  Goudarzi had me call the Secret Service who asked to speak directly to him.  Goudarzi, and this is all documented in emails, dictated the narrative to a complaint related to this situation.  He asked me to report his former partners to IRS.  I refused.  Goudarzi told me the money laundering investigation involved hundreds of millions of dollars.  And, he had a problem with another friend who he told me was also laundering money.  I could care less.  I'm not the Secret Service.  I document everything for IRS, FBI, and DOJ and have since reporting Cohen's tax fraud.  I didn't send Goudarzi hundreds of emails and that didn't lead to my resigning.  

Leonard Cohen should immediately pick up the phone, call Mossad, and tell them I said:  good luck with this freak.  Did you want someone who gave the Sieg Heil in your military?  Do you like people high on LSD attempting to start riots in Israel?  Why is Cohen's co-conspirator attempting to lie about issues related to criminal conduct and Iran?  Anyway, Alan, I'll send this email to the Mossad and ask if I can interview them.  I'll let them know that my criminal stalker, Cohen's operative, is attempting to elicit information for Leonard Cohen.

If you have any questions, let me know.  Otherwise it was all documented for IRS, FBI, and DOJ.  I'll write Mossad this afternoon.

To the IRS and FBI, I have advised Gianelli to cease and desist.  There is no defense to tax fraud here.  Interesting that Jim Goudarzi may have aligned himself with Gianelli.  I think American citizens will want to hear more about the situation that involves Goudarzi, the Iranian Regime, money laundering, the Secret Service, etc.  Perhaps the Israeli government would like to hear about that matter and understand that Cohen has aligned himself with Gianelli who thinks that issue is a game.  How psychotic is that.  Hundreds of millions of dollars in money laundering related to the Iranian Regime.  Goudarzi flying to Dubai after he advised me to call the State Department and I spoke to Jerry who told me deals with the Iranian government are illegal. Well, Leonard Cohen will clearly side with someone who is helping to endanger Israel.  Perfect. All the best, Kelley
