Mr. Fabian,

Stephen Gianelli, together with Karina Von Watteville, have been relentlessly harassing me since last night.  They have written a man I worked for years ago.  Jules Zalon is an attorney on the east coast.  He submitted a letter to Los Angeles Superior Court.  Gianelli is now demanding information about Mr. Zalon's views on vacating a 9-year old judgment.  I cannot even imagine why he and Von Watteville elected to begin their harassment of this individual but they have.  That evidence will be submitted to federal court because Gianelli (and others, including Cohen's fan, Susanne Walsh) have engaged in this type of conduct since May 2009 when Gianelli says he heard from Kory & Rice.  Kory advised Von Watteville to file a baseless lawsuit against me in retaliation over Paulette Brandt's rental demand letter.  I provided Paulette with a declaration in the Small Claims case.  Gianelli then harassed Linda Carol over her declaration.  These individuals are engaged in egregious criminal witness tampering.  As you know, Gianelli (and others) have terrorized my sons for years.  

GIanelli has now written me about you and is using one of his tactics.  He is falsely accusing me of "spamming" you when in fact there are serious federal tax matters involved in this situation, fraud upon the Tax Court, and fraud transmitted to IRS Chief Trial Counsel's office re. that matter.  

Gianelli's disappointed that the IRS in Washington were not foolish enough to include their email addresses in the docketing information.  I have the email addresses and have been in contact and introduced myself.  Gianelli would like the email addresses of the attorneys of record in the appeal before the 9th Circuit.  I will forward this email to the attorneys in Washington privately and let them know that I intend to submit another declaration, this time to the 9th Circuit, with respect to the inconceivable harassment over that appeal, my fee waiver application, etc.

I have never harassed you and you never advised me of any such thing.  I have your letter re.the situation with the email campaign.  I will be delivering a copy of the RICO suit to you when I file it.

Since Gianelli has written me about you, although he is not a party to this matter, I thought you should be aware of that fact.  Gianelli is Leonard Cohen's co-conspirator regardless of the utterly moronic cover-your-ass operation.

Poor Mr. Fabian, whom you have been spamming with you mass emails, is not even counsel of record on appeal. He was trial counsel only; that file was concluded by dismissal and is now closed.

(I note parenthetically that they were not foolish enough to include their email addresses in the docketing information - given the volume of irrelevant  and harassing email correspondence you subjected Mr. Fabian to during and after your case was pending in the tax court.)
