IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

I have more criminally harassing, slandering and insane emails from the co-conspirator, Stephen Gianelli.  I have a meeting with someone from Dreamworks today.  I personally think Chuck Kay, one of the owners, and others will recall that Cohen wanted to sell his IP.  Perhaps David Geffen recalls.  I have no doubt he understands IP, assignments, stock certificates, and other business matters.  I would also assume Dreamworks is aware that I was Cohen's personal - not business - manager.  Everyone else in the industry is.

GIanelli is inserting extraneous information into this email which is a tactic and was pre-meditated.  

What does the criminal stalker want to talk about?  Judge Barela.  Barela refused to review the evidence; asked where the email evidence is; wasn't interested in jurisdiction or the fact that Paulette testified (months before Boulder Combined Court sent their letter in April 2014) that she was told by this court their order expired on February 15, 2009; refused to define "annoy," etc.  He didn't want to review the Brady motion.  The prosecutor lied to him when she said I never met with FBI.  I don't know the woman.  This situation was coordinated.  I've addressed that.  Does Gianelli want to talk about a RICO "conspiracy" perhaps?  I don't care what Judge Barela thinks.  I care what IRS, FBI, DOJ, and others know for a fact.

The situation with CIA"s disposition matrix and the Valentine card sent to FBI/DOJ has been addressed ad nauseum.  The only person in that story with a screw loose is Streeter.  I asked Viramontes if he thought she had psychiatric problems or the real threat here is IRS and FBI since she relentlessly lied about federal tax matters.  He said he would ask her.  Addressed the insanity with Cooley who publicly aligned himself with Leonard Cohen who then proceeded to testify about Phil Spector and a gun when the prosecutor elicited testimony using an email to Dennis Riordan.  Cohen was not a recipient.  He perjured himself.  The prosecutor concealed the portion of that email to IRS Commissioner and about federal tax matters.  

I have nothing further to say about their unconstitutional "intent to annoy" Cohen over his own conduct scam.  The stalker is attempting to elicit information about these matters.  I've forwarded you all harassing emails from today including the slander of Dr. Dre.  Is Compton in the house?  Does Dre think I'm a snitch or does he think Leonard Cohen is a thief?  

Gianelli transmitted to Alan Hootnick his letter of January 25, 2014.  These letters are pre-meditated and meant to be read by a judge.  The judge will understand the tactics because that's what these are.

Attached:  Gianelli's slanderous letter of January 25, 2014 sent to Lynwood.  Filed a complaint with LASD about this stalker.  Also spoke to LAPD detectives and showed them the letter when they met with me and Paulette at her house.
