I haven't written this stalker/co-conspirator that I intend to sue anyone recently. I advised him, in response to his harassing emails, that I will sue him or any component of the Lindsey/Cohen cabal for any slanderous book or movie they attempt to publish. I have a legal right to pursue legal remedies and that includes the RICO suit I am filing against Leonard Cohen. The stalker has relentlessly harassed me over that suit.
This man intentionally inserts extraneous information, and slanderous allegations, into emails, blog articles and online posts because he is using them as a form of ex parte communication with a future judge. That is a tactic. What did write about now? Statements used against me during my trial; the false threat scam involving Steve Cooley (parody email re. ACLU game) and Sandra Jo Streeter (email to FBI and DOJ with example of the type of information a prosecutor could use to set someone up or retaliate against them). I never emailed Cooley that he should be assassinated. I said, if I became President, I would instruct my Attorney General to prosecute Steve Cooley to the fullest extent of the law. The ACLU went after him for his relentless comments about executing people using a drug that's used to put dogs down with. I do not have a kill list. Gianelli wants to talk about Cohen, Kory, Rice, LAPD, SWAT, Killer King, coordinated custody matter, Daniel Bergman Steve Lindsey, and the law enforcement agencies all this story. That would probably include LAPD's TMU.
This man has consistently slandered and libeled me while advancing fabricated narratives related to Leonard Cohen and Phil Spector since he heard from Kory & Rice in the spring of 2009. I have constantly advised him to cease and desist. If you review the emails I've sent to IRS, FBI, and DOJ documenting this situation (since reporting the allegations that Cohen committed criminal tax fraud) you will see the pattern and tactics. No one sent Gianelli, Kory or Rice a threatening email. Gianelli wrote me harassing emails today about my RICO suit against Cohen, fee waiver application before the 9th Circuit, and slandering Dr. Dre.
I will explain to the federal court the tactic of inserting slanderous and defamatory statements into emails for the future judge's attention. I addressed some of this campaign of harassment and slander in my declarations to Tax Court re. the $1 million non-refundable down payment Cohen has stolen from Traditional Holdings. Cohen has now misappropriated approximately $7.8 million from that entity. His defense involves calling me a "drunken slut" although I haven't seen him in 10 years apart from his appearances in court where he perjures himself freely. He wasn't coached for the March 23, 2012 hearing where he testified that I never stole from him and we were in a purely business relationship. He lied that I failed to file my taxes. He wasn't my husband. He has willfully and knowingly refused to provide me with IRS required tax and corporate information (1099 for 2004; K-1s for 2004 and 2005) which were due long before the entry of the fraudulent default. The default judgment is evidence of theft, embezzlement, self-dealing, and money laundering. I have no idea what happened to the intellectual property assets. At the October 6, 2015 hearing, Rice advised Hess that they are just "out there" and it's irrelevant that suspended corporations were included in the default. She said that was due to Judge Babcock. I am reviewing the declarations Cohen, Kory & Rice submitted to Judge Hess on January 4, 2014. Rice changed my address with the Colorado district court to Phil Spector's address and provided that court with an email I didn't authorize her to transmit to the court.
Here's the Tax Court Petition that's been online since September 2015. Gianelli is obsessed with my online activity and targets me over it. I am convinced he accessed, altered, and destroyed evidence on the Tax Court blog. He's a pathological liar so whatever he says is a tactic used to discredit me. This man has targeted every witness who provided me with a declaration; represented KVW after she phoned Kory; and lied to people like Jules Zalon and Steven Machat about me. He has terrorized my sons for over six straight years.
Gianelli, Kory and Rice have once again been advised to cease and desist Gianelli also uses this tactic to elicit information.
