Cohen is attempting to conceal reality. LA Superior Court has evidence submitted to Tax Court under seal and continues to expose me to slander, criminal harassment, etc. I didn't have attorney/client privilege particularly as I was defrauded by what appears to be a gang of criminals. Let me quote Ed Dean again: The IRS Commissioner HIMSELF should come in after Cohen and his representatives. He represented Cohen and I didn't know him. I told him what was happening in 2005. Ken Cleveland, Cohen's former accountant, thinks IRS should prosecute this matter in a jurisdiction used to handling celebrities. Kory, Cohen's lawyer, just lied about Ken Cleveland on the stand. The man cannot stand Robert Kory. He thinks this looks like ENRON. LA Superior Court works beautifully for the criminals. In fact, Cohen perjured himself (many times), acknowledged that he changed his testimony, and that was that. I wonder what Barry Bonds would think. He just couldn't answer a rather nebulous question. One question. Every word in Cohen's complaint and every legal document, including declarations, is a lie, perjured statement, fabricated evidence, or fabricated narrative. I've sent you the evidence as well so please review the 1977 Tax Memorandum. That belongs to Machat & Machat. The judge has Machat & Machat's evidence under seal. They add insult to injury.

How is Judge Hess making a decision about these documents when he doesn't know who people like "Ken Cleveland" are? I have never seen anything so insane in my entire life. The declarations were properly signed. I have limited powers of attorney. I am now sending a supplemental petition to Tax Court with Cohen's responses, and the Motion for Sanctions, re. my Motion for Terminating Sanctions. I have already provided IRS with the signed declarations, letters to Judge Hess, and limited powers of attorney. These people are bald faced liars with motive.Kelley
