Leonard Cohen is lying to the Court about your declarations now. As you know, you granted me limited powers of attorney to conform your signatures. Paulette, you signed your own declaration. My mother had a stroke and was unable to mail her original declaration but had already authorized you to sign, Paulette. I will attend tomorrow's hearing but then intend to attack this situation as the fraud that it is.
Cohen doesn't like the fact that the process server relied on a description of me that didn't fit me as of August 2005. I wasn't served Cohen's lawsuit and he used his fraudulent, fabricated complaint to file tax returns and obtain fraudulent tax refunds. I have challenged those refunds as fraud. Ray's father's custody lawyer evidently doesn't want the coordinated custody matter raised as an issue although it is an issue. I personally think the judge should hold a separate hearing to take testimony from each of you about these declarations and these limited powers of attorney.

Leonard Cohen's two law firms are trying to have all my declarations and letters thrown out. They are lying that I fabricated the declarations. I have limited powers of attorney from all declarants apart from my mother who had a stroke immediately after she confirmed that this was her declaration. I think the fact that I was an independent contractor, who was not wrapped in a/c privilege with Cohen-Greenberg-Westin, is obvious.How can the declarations be fabricated when Cohen is also arguing that I have now submitted the original signature pages? I will bring the limited powers of attorney to court tomorrow. I think there should be a hearing where the witnesses are permitted to testify. Cohen is objecting to live testimony.Cohen has two law firms arguing that they do not have time to reply to my Reply to their Opposition How farcical. "Notably," I failed to produce the limited powers of attorney. I only "disclosed the limited POA rationale for the obviously fabricated signatures on three of the declarations in her June 16, 2015 Reply only after Plaintiffs brought it to the Court's attention in their Opposition." I have had limited power of attorney since I conformed the signatures so this is a blatant lie and further fraud.They don't want Jules Zalon's letter admitted. He didn't provide the court with an original signature.Paulette Brandt "materially" changed her testimony because she explained what it meant to keep "in touch" with me when my phones were shut down. I did not provide the Court with a declaration from Chad Knaak due to the ongoing criminal witness tampering that now involves the endless creation of fraudulent, alter ego emails by a Bay Area lawyer who is obviously an unofficial member of Cohen's legal team and appears to be moonlighting for the Spector prosecution.They have objected to Ann Diamond's declaration. It's not relevant although she has addressed the fact that Cohen falsely accuses people of things and uses operatives to target them.The declarations were signed and I have the powers of attorney and had them since I was legally authorized to conform the signatures. They're upset that Paulette dyed my hair a nearly dark brown. That's because I wasn't served and the process server relied on a description given to him. Furthermore, it's obvious that the individual did not come to my house at all.Although Cohen hired my younger son's father's custody matter, who destroyed my sons' lives, they object to statements about the coordinated custody matter. Although Cohen's three gun stories before LA Superior Court are evidence of his pattern of lying (including under oath), that is irrelevant. My State Bar Complaint, from 2007, regarding former DA Steve Cooley is irrelevant. It is all highly relevant and material.They continue to lie about a/c privilege. These are corporate documents and my business files. I haven't seen any mention of the fact that many of these documents are available on PACER, through the courts themselves, and elsewhere.I intend to sue over this issue.Kelley
