Another judgment obtained by fraud and this is mail fraud - sending me the judgment by fedex. This is the Notice of Entry of Judgment and will be addressed as mail fraud in my RICO suit.

I know another scam and it's happened in a case Paulette is working on - sending EMPTY FEDEX packages. It is ashame the Court System is so out of touch with reality when this affects taxpayers. I wasn't served Cohen's lawsuit and he rushed to IRS to file his 2005 returns, amend his 2003 and 2004 returns, and obtain fraudulent tax refunds. That was evidently his motive. There is now fraud before the Tax Court (re. Cohen's 2002 Petition), the Federal District Court in Denver, and LA Superior Court. LA Superior Court is clear - they don't care. They have no remedies and they condone fraud, perjury, lies, and fabricated evidence. We'll see what the federal court thinks when I file my RICO suit.Kelley---------- Forwarded message ----------
