Cohen's lawyers, Robert Kory and Michelle Rice, have also been advised to cease and desist. I am receiving thousands of harassing emails. LA County better investigate Von Watteville before any[one] targets me using this woman. I've called the DA's office. Another [individual] confirmed certain information. I've also contacted LAPD. The situation is out of control. Robert Kory advised Von Watteville to sue me; she's now attempting to defraud Paulette Brandt with Gianelli's representation; and I was advised to file State Bar Complaints and go to law enforcement. I've done that. The Small Claims Court also advised Paulette Brandt to go the State Bar and bring this matter to the attention of the Court.
I suppose I could pull out Jeff Dunn's manual on stalking, harassment, threats, etc. I know what I'm looking at. I don't work for the County or City. There are many residents of Los Angeles being criminally harassed, stalked, terrorized, etc. We are not celebrities (although Linda Carol has a SAG card) who can summon LAPD's TMU. Gianelli is probably the individual who wrote the "bloody stump" email. I've let Jeff Dunn know how I feel about being threatened over that vile and vulgar email stating that I should be murdered, raped, and/or commit suicide. Gianelli recently wrote that Paulette Brandt and I should commit suicide. Why? Because Von Watteville owes Paulette rental arrears? Because Leonard Cohen stole from me and has used his Complaint [and the] fabricated narrative to argue with IRS Agent Luis Tejeda? Because we know Phil Spector? Would these matters be a defense to this conduct? Oliver Stone was falsely accused, in that vile email, of criminal conduct. Why? Any thoughts, Mayor Garcetti? I have some. I'll share them with a federal court.

What's going on here? Why are you copied on these emails? I have filed formal notice with the City of Los Angeles that I intend to file a federal lawsuit. I find this rather bizarre and do hope a federal court understands why. There's a lot of out of control people in LA Confidential. The stakes must [be] high and the lows are as vile as one can imagine. Robert Kory and Michelle Rice were advised to cease and desist. I have a recent email from this Criminal Stalker with Kory copied in. I have thousands of pages of emails from Gianelli since filing my Motion for Terminating Sanctions. Evidently, Kory and Gianelli (so far) think Von Watteville should attack and slander me further. I don't think it would be wise based on the information I am now gathering. That declaration will now be submitted to Judge Hess together with new evidence of this campaign of harassment. The reason for that is due to the fact that Von Watteville phoned Robert Kory, Cohen's lawyer, after receiving the rent demand letter and he advised her to sue me. Von Watteville, after the Court ordered her to show Paulette Brandt and the mediator evidence, advised them that Robert Kory represents Leonard Cohen and instructed her to sue me. I cannot see the connections between Leonard Cohen, his lawyers, and Paulette Brandt apart from the declarations she has provided to the Court and/or her testimony. Every judge who has received a declaration or heard testimony from Ms. Brandt in my matters will now receive a letter.You have criminally harassed just about every witness who has provided a declaration to Judge Hess. That would include, but is not limited to, Dan Meade, Clea Surkhang, Palden Ronge, Rutger Penick, and Ray Lindsey. You do not know any of these parties and this is blatant criminal witness tampering, an attempt to dissuade witnesses, and witness intimidation. This will be addressed more fully in my supplemental declaration to Judge Hess. Some of this activity has already been brought to his attention. You have falsely accused me of attempting to "extort' the rental arreas that Von Watteville owes Paulette Brandt which is utterly insane. She owes the money and I am not a party to the case. Furthermore, I have a first amendment right to address grievances with the government. Cohen is now attempting to extort $13.8 milloin from me.
