You have, as is now routine for you, written to another federal agency lying about me. You have done this repeatedly with IRS, FBI, and DOJ. You advised me that IRS blocked your emails as harassing. I have attempted to extort nothing from Von Watteville. I did not advise her that I would have her deported. There were witnesses present, including the mediator, when your client was supposed to be showing Paulette Brandt evidence at the April 15, 2015 Small Claims hearing [per the Court's Order]. Von Watteville was the individual screaming about Leonard Cohen, Robert Kory, and "the government" - not I. The mediator advised me to bring this matter to the attention of the Court which I shall do.
I didn't file the Small Claims matter so I am not attempting to "extort" the rental arrears Paulette is addressing. The judge in the Small Claims matter granted Paulette a judgment in the amount of $6,700. You are now directly arguing your legal position with the Small Claims judge and the matter does not involve me. I do NOT know Karina Von Watteville. I addressed, over the course of months, her slanderous and falsely allegations in cease and desist letters with IRS, FBI, and DOJ copied in. I also addressed her phone call to Robert Kory [Leonard Cohen's lawyer and manager], following receipt of Paulette Brandt's rent demand letter, and the fact that Von Watteville told Paulette Brandt and the first mediator that Robert Kory advised her to sue me. That was her evidence and the mediator asked her "What about the rent you owe?"
I advised you and Von Watteville to stop harassing me and file a lawsuit. I also said this and was clear with ICE: IF Von Watteville files a fraudulent lawsuit against me and perjures herself, I will subpoena ICE's Chief Trial Counsel. I also noted for ICE that IRS, FBI, and DOJ were copied in on my handful of emails advising Von Watteville (over a course of months) to cease and desist.
Von Watteville has the habit of infesting apartments with insects. I am aware of that fact and it was addressed in the Small Claims court papers. I have said that I believe you are aiding and abetting Von Watteville in an attempt to defraud Paulette Brandt of rental arrears. The rental payment was due in full when Von Watteville received her lump sum social security check. That matter is also before the Small Claims Court so the judge can confirm that fact. Your client, in response to the Complaint in the Small Claims matter, attempted to obtain $10,000 from Paulette and argued that this situation led to her ending up homeless. Von Watteville was saved from homeless by Ms. Brandt and was provided with two months legal notice as required by law. The judge ruled against her on that issue as well. That is a matter of public record now.
Von Watteville is the individual who has repeated a great deal of information about herself to others.
I am advising you to cease and desist and to immediately stop falsely accusing me of matters to ICE, IRS, FBI, DOJ, City Attorney, and District Attorney. If Von Watteville sues me, she has the address for service. I have been clear about that fact. I have also been clear that I believe you belong in prison - including for the relentless targeting, harassment, and stalking of my sons.

àThe property that you are trying to extort from Ms. Von Watteville includes (1) $6,700 that your housemate Paulette Brandt is seeking in her small claims action (the defense to which you have advised Ice by email is “fraudulent” and therefore grounds for deportation and (2) Karina Von Watteville’s value cause of action for libel per se (you distributed handbills and mass emails calling her a con, cheat, fraud, infected with bugs, and a prostitute and I have recommended she sue you, Ms. Brandt, and Ms. Carol) that you are demanding she forfeit under pain of deportation.
It is well settled that a cause of action is personal property. (See e.g., Turner v. Cook, 362 F.3d 1219, 1225-26 (9th Cir. 2004) [cause of action is property of Chapter 7 bankruptcy estate]; Parker v. Wendy’s Int’l, Inc.) 365 F.3d 1268, 1272 (11 Cir. 2004) [same]; Moses v. Howard University Hospital 606 F.3d 789, 795 ((D.C. Cir. 2010) [same]. Obviously, $6,700 cash is “property” as well.
