Law enforcement now has details about the truth of Karina Von Watteville's own statements that she worked as a REDACTED [Will be addressed with the Court]. Law enforcement should now investigate that matter. LAPD now has the witnesses name who heard Ms. Von Watteville make these statements about herself. I will also be submitting declarations to Judge Hess about this matter. That will include, but is not limited to, Linda Carol's declaration that she and I have been threatened and harassed over.
I have sent you countless cease and desist letters. The fact that this woman, after receiving Paulette Brandt's rent demand letter, contacted Robert Kory and then began screaming about Leonard Cohen and Robert Kory (in front of mediators) at both Small Claims hearings is material and relevant. Paulette Brandt has testified before LA Superior Court re. matters related to Leonard Cohen and submitted a declaration to Judge Hess. I don't think it's a coincidence that you ended up representing Von Watteville, after Kory advised her to sue me, and you are now arguing directly with Small Claims Court which I believe is illegal. Having said that, the Court is aware that I am not a party and have not attempted to "extort" rental arrears from Von Watteville. The Court initially granted Paulette Brandt a judgment. You then stepped in and lied about the statutes of limitation. Von Watteville was to repay her debt WHEN she received her lump sum social security check. That matter is before the Court. This matter will now be placed before Judge Hess. Complaints have been filed with law enforcement and other authorities. I believe this is a blatant legal conspiracy that involves egregious witness tampering; attempts to dissuade witnesses; and witness intimidation. Von Watteville's slander was addressed in my handful of cease and desist letters, over the course of months, with IRS, FBI, and DOJ copied in. I will now submit those letters to Judge Hess.
Cease and desist. Your campaign of terrorism and harassment has now gone on for six straight years.
