Hi Mr. Riordan,
I'm calling the U.S. Supreme Court tomorrow. This situation is not going to end with the appellate division in Los Angeles who clearly cover for the trial courts. Also, I intend to sue LA County for fraud, perjury, concealment, etc. And, I am about to file a lawsuit against Leonard Cohen - regardless of the fact that I am being criminally harasssed by his fan, Susanne Walsh (who also writes his lawyers), Gianelli, and Kelly Green who has advised me that the 14th Sheepdog is Alan Jackson which sounds about right since the individual targeting me is a stark raving lunatic and moron.
My lawyer will be at oral arguments tomorrow and the proof of service/my not being served is a huge issue. No one can believe LA County over this situation. I can. Someone is sending me documents they've sent the investigator who is going to the Grand Jury re. the City Attorney, celebrities, Hollywood lawyers, etc. They have a lot of money to monitor people - including someone whose case was over in 2010. It's now 2013. What we want to know now - what is this costing the taxpayer?
