This situation (with respect to people being targeted by the City Attorney over fraud celebrities with civil liability) is utterly abusive, malicious, unconscionable, and probably highly illegal. Unfortunately, my case also involves the District Attorney.
This is the fifth email from the 14th Sheepdog today. The criminal harassment is over my appeal, writ, oral arguments, the IRS, Leonard Cohen's tax fraud (the evidence I have is extraordinary including the 200% penalties for his self-dealing with respect to two charitable remainder trusts), Phil Spector, and absolute corruption in Los Angeles.

am on the phone with an individual who has the same City and County of
Los Angeles IP addresses monitoring her blog. Her case, with the City
Attorney, ended March 2010. This is now 2013. The City and County are
on her Blog constantly to this day. The prosecutor's name is Elizabeth
Mitchell. She's evidently one of City Attorney Trutanich's henchmen.
This case is over an unknown celebrity but involves a major
