The sixth criminally harassing email today. I've just phoned my attorney about the evidence schedule I'm preparing and asked him to take a look at - among other things - the 200% penalty re. Cohen's charitable remainder trusts with respect to his self-dealing. Cohen's tax fraud seems to begin in or around 1970 - and do note LC Productions, Ltd., a Nevada corporation. After Marty Machat's death, Cohen sent a letter to Sony/Columbia advising them that his record contract had been mistakenly assigned to that corporation. He then created Leonard Cohen Producxtions, Inc. which became Blue Mist Touring Company, Inc. I've shared the evidence with you and I did think I should open up an IRS sub-station at my office based on what I was reading; all the liars; what I viewed as absolute tax fraud and self-dealing; and the IRS notices and audits. I personally look forward to the City Attorney lying further about me and covering for Cohen abusing and wasting taxpayer dollars.
In the meantime, I am being criminally harassed over my
appeal, writ, oral arguments, litigation issues with Cohen, etc. As you
know, Gianelli threatened me when I publicly stated that I intended to
file a motion to vacate Cohen's fraud lawsuit and judgment against me. I
even spoke to Ken Freeman's court reporter so she can receive a
subpoena. She then heard from Gianelli. The man's obsession with me is
deranged and people are noting that he is sick, dangerously unstable,
and probably on someone in LA Confidential's. LA's corruption is not my
problem. It's theirs and it is now written in stone. People are
coming forward who have been targeted by the City Attorney over
celebrities. That's the great news. The investigator for the national
men's organization is speaking to people, and gathering evidence. I'm
speaking to the DOJ and FBI. It demands an investigation. The
