This
individual, who continues to criminally harass me, has been
relentlessly advised to cease and desist. This matter is going to the
U.S. Supreme Court. My Writ was filed and accepted. I've asked my
lawyer to take note of any lies the City Attorney raises tomorrow. It's
a great week for me because I am filing a lawsuit against Cohen as
well. It doesn't matter if his operatives (Gianelli, Walsh, etc.)

Regarding your stated intention to appeal to the US Supreme Court, you could not even afford to have a Cert Petition PRINTED (it costs over a thousand dollars) setting aside that your appeal does not implicate a federal question raised in your opening brief.
Federal questions were raised in my opening brief: due process (lack of service and, therefore, jurisdiction on the part of the court); freedom of speech; etc. In any event, I don't take legal advice from someone impersonating a dog while criminally harassing me and others over my appeal, writ, oral arguments, etc. As everyone now knows - the appellate division covers for the trial court .
Leonard Cohen, who has stolen from me, lied to the court, perjured himself excessively, is a victim of his greed, disdain for paying his debts and taxes, and has self-inflicted revenge fantasies. In any event, this case is far from over and I will be filing suit against Leonard Cohen soon.
Regarding further state court appellate proceedings, unless the Appellate Division certifies the case to the California Court of Appeal, this is the end of the line.
If Suarez - who is not even admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court - tells you anything different he is not telling you the truth.
