How could you quote Agent Tejeda/IRS? That's hearsay. And that is not what I was told the conversations were at the time. In fact, I was told that Agent Tejeda/IRS, after hearing that he could not testify, advised my PD to call him back if he could testify at another hearing, etc. Why wasn't he present for sentencing to speak to the judge?
The City Attorney said the judge didn't want to delay the trial. Well let me quote every lawyer I've spoken with - what was hurry that would cause him to deprive you of a defense while concealing Agent Tejeda? It's an excellent question. The judge wouldn't wait two hours, until noon on Friday, before sending this to the jury re. Agent Tejeda/IRS.
In any event, the City Attorney is lying - about Agent Tejeda/IRS. They don't speak for Agent Tejeda/IRS but they lie about the IRS. Was the IRS, per the judge, quite "tangential of the merits of the IRS thing." What IRS thing is the judge talking about - the IRS thing that he allowed to be argued in a state court? Is that Vanderet's talking about? The trial was a farce.
All the best,
Kelley

To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,
Let me quote the City Attorney in the Respondent's Brief. My lawyer spoke to Agent Tejeda/IRS and this is a bald-faced lie:
Further, Tejeda was not available and ready to testify in the ordiinary course of the trial. RT 528.Let me quote the City Attorney in the Respondent's Brief. My lawyer spoke to Agent Tejeda/IRS and this is a bald-faced lie:
