To the DOJ,

I think this invvestigator's position that Los Angeles governmental institutions are complicit - quite possibly criminally - demands an investigation.  This article is excellent and the investigator's insights are dead on.  Aggressive procurement of orders, judgments, and verdicts via fraud, concealment, perjury, and lies does absolutely appear criminal from my perspective.  It's interesting that t City Attorney of Los Angeles feels so comfortable lying about people and agencies such as the IRS.  I suppose their arrogance knows no bounds.  I'll send you my Writ of Habeas Corpus a bit later today.

All the best,
Kelley

Further complicating this process; which is unique to the Los Angeles area, is the entertainment industry and the attorneys, PR companies, groupies and hangers-on, and governmental institutions that enable, assist, facilitate, and in some cases are complicit — ethically and quite possibly criminally — in the aggressive procurement of these orders.
