To the IRS and FBI,
When the FBI and/or IRS advise me that an investigation (and prosecution of Leonard Cohen and others) is not in the cards, I will believe it is not in the cards. Why would the IRS permit a man like Leonard Cohen - who is not even a U.S. citizen - to come to this country and defraud the U.S. government and taxpayers? In any event, Gianelli continues to criminally harass me as the 14th Sheepdog. He has relentlessly been advised to cease and desist and this man's obsession with me is frightening.
