Hi Francisco,

You will have the Writ by the end of the day.  Please change it as you see fit.  For some reason, the prosecutor thought it was acceptable to narrow the legitimate business purpose to taxes.  Owing me millions of dollars isn't a legitimate reason to contact someone - when my child was harmed?  These are sick monsters.  Someone had to be the adult?  I am dealing with stark raving lunatics with motive. 

I never blamed Cohen for Rutger's accident.  He owes me millions.  I asked him to pay me what he owed me so I could help my son.  This man is pure evil and then there's Cooley, Jackson, et al.  Streeter is evil as well.  She elicited perjured testimony about my son's accident.  I am sitting here with the perjured Respondent's Brief that also lies about Agent Tejeda and the IRS.

YOU - KELLEY LYNCH - raised Rutger's accident in emails to Leonard Cohen, to Cooley, Jackson, and to others that violated the Colorado restraining order.

OSHA advised me to contact the DA's office re. criminal negligence with respect to my son's accident.  Cooley and Jackson, while in bed with Cohen obviously, were not part of the abusive restraining order but may be mentally ill individuals.  

YOU - KELLEY LYNCH - tendered the content of those emails to the jury by pleading not guilty and by raising "business necessity" (i.e. seeking tax information) as a defense.

That left your prosecutor with NO CHOICE but to elicit testimony about those emails to show they had NOTHING TO DO WITH your stated reason for sending them to Cohen (seeking tax information).

Leonard Cohen owes me millions.  Streeter doesn't think that's legitimate - particularly when I had an injured child?  WHAT MONSTERS.  No choice?  Streeter is a vile monster.  Asking to be paid what I was owed is not legitimate - when I had an injured child?  I continue to believe that Streeter should be prosecuted for what she has done here and that is most definitely my personal opinion.  she willfully concealed evidence and distorted reality - to assist a lying fraud.   

You have been dramatically screaming in emails to the world, Cooley, Jackson, Cohen, many others - that your son's "fingers were ripped off by these people" to get sympathy and to try to blame Cohen and others for Rutger's tragic accident, which by the way never would have happened if you were not too ill and drunk and consumed by your hateful agenda to work forcing Rutger to work.

I never said these lunatics with motive ripped my son's fingers off.  I was not drunk or ill.  Leonard Cohen decided to destroy my life over his criminal tax fraud and then he and this lunatic prosecutor dragged Rutger's accident into the situation.  These people are insane.

Someone had to be the adult.By default that fell to your child.

How dare you now, again, try to use Rutger;s accident for your own twisted goals?

 Leonard Cohen and Sandra Jo Streeter dargged my child into this situation for their twisted goals that appear to involve Phil Spector and now a man impersonating a DOG is targeting me over my son's accident.  One normally has to go to the hell realms to find people like this.  Or, Los Angeles - see the District Attorney and City Attorney who have targeted me with Leonard Cohen, a man who cannot live in Canada due to his tax and residence problems.
