IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

Gianelli and possibly others have been busy on my blog. Someone has emailed information from this blog to Berkeley PD, Doug Davis (FTB), Investigator William Frayeh (DA's office), Norman Posel (formerly of Boies Schiller), Paulette Brandt, me, and others.

I called Investigator Frayeh as the search with respect to what was emailed him related to Clarkson's statement to Phil Spector that "this is what I can do to your cock" prior to shooting herself. I also brought Investigator Frayeh up-to-date on the situation with Gianelli, Von Watteville, etc. I previously contacted him about these parties. When I am served, I intend to counter-sue this woman who phoned Robert Kory (Cohen's lawyer) after receiving Paueltte's rental demand letter. Von Watteville then ended up represented by Gianelli and proceeded to file fraudulent documents with LA Superior Court in the Small Claims case - defrauding Paulette of $6,700. It is of interest that this woman knew Paulette's former roommate, whose brother owned the Record Plant, years ago in NYC and that's how she arrived here.
