To: Jeffrey Korn cc: IRS, FBI, DOJ & Multiple Recipients
Jeffrey,
I checked my second email account. I established [it] at my sons's suggestion due to the Proxy's criminal harassment. For the record, I didn't send the below email quote on Sunday, November 23, 2014 at 11:39 AM to Stephen Gianelli. I posted information to my blog. Leonard Cohen seems to believe he has a right to speak publicly about federal tax and corporate tax matters. See his planned interview with MacLean's. That was coordinated with the filing of the retaliatory lawsuit. And, for some reason, MacLean was able to contact my younger son's father who lied to them. I view all of that activity as coordinated and did note that Cohen mentioned his major tax hit as being his motivating factor. I agree. That's why he filed the retaliatory lawsuit and it probably explains why Robert Kory is lying about when I reported the tax fraud although I have emails proving he is lying. I will remind you that I authorized the IRS to review all of my emails between me and Cohen and me and Cohen's representatives. They must have the email where Cohen advised me that HE decides when these entities are created. He is the individual that controls them. See the default judgment and complaint for further details on the alter ego/self-dealing issues. The default judgment does not resolve federal tax and corporate matters. I will ask the Court to explain if the default effectively dissolved the partnerships or permitted Cohen to engage in a hostile take over of my corporate interests. The Court can also explain how they feel these matters should be wound up with IRS, FTB, and State of Kentucky. My motion will request that clarification.

“I have no experience in tax matters and handled nothing to do with tax matters, etc.”
