FTB,

I am confirming, with Jeffrey Korn copied in, that you gave me 60 days to obtain the information I need to file my 2004 and 2005 tax returns.  The IRS asked for them as well.  You guesstimated my taxes based on 2003 information and placed a lien on my salary at GCI.  That took place in September 2011.  For some reason, the prosecutor decided to lie and questioned me about what I was personally doing with the IRS in 2004.  I was filing my 2003 tax return.  The IRS knows that.  Beyond that, it's illegal to question me about that when you're not the IRS.  I think she was also on a fishing expedition.  In any event, this is now three years later.  There are serious matters related to corporate entities.  Leonard Cohen has not provided me or IRS with required form 1099 for the year 2004; refuses to rescind the illegal K-1s from LCI for the years 2004 and 2005; and the tax matters are ongoing.  I continue to face a lien so I am not doing this for my health or because I'm interested in Leonard Cohen.  Only a narcissist would think that.  Or, perhaps a sycophant.  I want the FTB to understand that City National Bank wrote me that they don't have any records.  Cohen has the records and is required to give me the information.  The judgment was entered in 2006 so it doesn't affect my 2004 and 2005 federal and state tax returns.  Here's Cohen's testimony.  He brought my requests for tax information to LAPD's TMU.  He confirmed that fact in his testimony. Does that sound appropriate?  LAPD's TMU then wrote a report that my emails are generally requests for tax information and sent it to the City Attorney's office for prosecution.  The judgment doesn't mention "tax responsibility.

It falsely states that Leonard Cohen has no obligations or responsibilities to me.  It doesn't say that Leonard Cohen has no responsibilities to provide me with IRS required tax and corporate documents.  These people will do anything.  Someone changed my mailing address from my home to Leonard Cohen's home address.  That's illegal.  I had to file a complaint with USPS.  Going to LAPD's TMU about federal and state corporate tax matters is not going to resolve them or permit me to file my returns.  I don't owe any money to IRS or FTB and Leonard Cohen is not my husband and not entitled to my tax information.  I have my shorthand notes of my conversation with Ken Cleveland and he told me Kory repeatedly attempted to obtain my tax returns.  That's illegal.  That accountant was replaced in 2004 so Robert Kory didn't provide him with information for me.  I'm not the rightful owner.  What am I then?  Why am I on the federal and state tax returns prepared by Leonard Cohen's representatives?  Why is the City Attorney lying to jurors about federal and state tax matters?

All the best,
Kelley

D:  Okay.  I’m asking you if you were – and if you could just try to limit your answer to the question – there was information – there were requests in those emails for tax information, correct?  Cohen:  Yes, Sir.  PD:  What did you do since you got those emails to give those documents to Ms. Lynch?  I’m asking what you did.  Cohen:  I – I brought those emails to the attention of my lawyer and, eventually, to the police.  PD:  Okay.  Did you ever bring that attention to whoever handled your taxes?  Cohen:  Yes, Sir.  And it was determined by two courts of this country and the IRS that – PD:  Objection, Your Honor, non-responsive.  Cohen:  No.  It was determined, Sir, that I had no tax responsibility in regard to Ms. Lynch.
