I was not served the summons and complaint in Cohen's lawsuit. The proof of service is perjured. The is extrinsic fraud upon the court. Cohen has not withdrawn the illegal K-1s I've received and the IRS has now advised me to file fraud form 3949(a) re. Cohen's refund and the illegal K-1s that show I had zero income in 2003, 2004, and 2005 - and completely undermine the fraud ledger. That is NOT an accounting. It does not address corporate ownership interests. There were no trusts re. BMT or TH. Cohen lied about that.as well as many other things.
I am advising you to cease and desist. DO not contact me or
my family again. Do not copy Michelle Rice in on emails to me. She
lied in her February 14, 2011 email to me - copied to the IRS, FBI,
Treasury, Dennis Riordan, and Ron Burkle who I can assure you doesn't
want to hear from her, you, or Gianelli. In fact, no one in my world
wants to hear from or about any of you - including Cohen. The man is
pathetic and people understand this - he LIES under oath. That would
include with respect to Phil Spector whose master tapes he sold to
Sony. Leonard Cohen is out of control and no one assailed his
reputation re. drugs. He has a long and publicly documented history of
drug abuse. That's his problem. He testified that the Aryan Nation
matter is an implied threat to him. It is a Dallas FBI investigation
involving a murder, meth labs, meth cooks, the Cartel, and the Aryan
Nation.

For the record, you have been relentlessly advised to stop contacting me. That's what cease and desist means. I spoke to LAPD's Threat Management Unit about the fact that you - Cohen's fan - wrote me many emails with Cohen's lawyer, Michelle Rice, copied in. I sought and received legal advice and that is a third party restraining order violation on her part. I also brought this to the attention of the City Attorney's office yesterday. I am now printing out your emails - with Rice copied in - and presenting them to Judge Vanderet and Judge Ricciardulli. Perhaps they'll find it shocking that Rice thinks it is acceptable to be copied in on emails criminally harassing me. Gianelli also wrote me that he copied Cohen's lawyers in on emails. He is criminally harassing me, aligned himself with Cohen in 2009, and is witness tampering with my son Rutger. The trial transcript (which my lawyers advised me that Kory obtained) is clear - Rutger is a witness. To SWAT, yes, but that was not the issue here. He wanted to take the stand about Cohen's lies re. his Whole Foods matter. His role as a material witness was addressed in my Writ of Habeas Corpus that Judge Ricciardulli approved and filed as an oversized brief. Do NOT write me again. I do not want to hear from you. You are lying. Leonard Cohen committed tax fraud and I reported that to the IRS in 2005. His refund did not close the case re. these allegations. I met with Agent Sopko in 2007 and was then sent an email advising me to report Cohen's tax fraud to Agent Tejeda/IRS. Agent Tejeda is also an issue im n Writ as is the fact that I was NOT served the restraining order I asked for in Boulder when it was fraudulently registered as a domestic violence order. Cohen and I were in no dating or intimate relationship. He testified correctly on March 23rd. He was also clear - I have stolen nothing from him.

He and his lawyer, Kory, went into Lindsey's
office and accused me of having sex with Oliver Stone. That's a bald
faced lie and Oliver Stone will receive a subpoena and I am moving
legally against Cohen regardless of the criminal harassment (some of
which - Gianelli - has been brought to the atteniton of the court in my
Writ)
Leonard Cohen has targeted both of my sons and wrote
me that he sees Rutger copied in - in 2011, violating the restraining
order. The subject line reads 2004/2005 taxes so I know why he was
focused on Rutger. So are you and Gianelli.
CEASE AND DESIST. My appellate attorney doesn't want to
hear from you and Gianelli either. He views it as criminal harassment
and thinks there is indeed witness tampering going on.

order to convict under Section 7201 of the Code, the basic elements
that must be proven are (1) the existence of a tax deficiency, (2) an
affirmative act constituting an evasion or attempted evasion of the tax,
