This maniac has been once again advised to CEASE AND DESIST. Sorry to disturb you. I have no doubt that you have a better way to relate with your resources. Nevertheless, the corruption in Los Angeles, Leonard Cohen's tax fraud matter, and Phil Spector's insane situation demand investigations. So does the entire trial and the Los Angeles City Attorney. The lies are inconceivable and they understood - all too well - that the IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, FTB, and Dennis Riordan were copied in. I think the IRS was deliberately targeted. Who knows - maybe Trutanich saw some liability. Anything and everything is possible with these people, if you can call them people. The ongoing criminal harassment - by a man aligned with Cohen - over my appeal, writ, and oral arguments is outrageous - as is the fact that the appellate division refused to permit me to abandon this appeal. My attorney advised me that it is my constitutional right. Essentially the appellate division is saying this - prosecutorial misconduct is fine and you MUST be exposed to it. That's how I see it. Perhaps they're covering for their pals in LA Confidential. Hard to say. I hope I never have to lay eyes on any of these lunatics again in my entire life. They are nauseatingly vile and revolting. You have to see them up close and personal to really understand this. It's like stumbling into some deranged hell realm filled with LIARS and criminals with motive.

I served time in jail because I was railroaded. Period. My lawyer is very clear about that - as are many others - and that's why he is convinced that my trial is nothing other than an IRS case that demands an investigation and involves outrageous testimony about Phil Spector. The great news - Mick Brown has ethics and knows why I was under the impression that Cohen's testimonial statements were presented to Phil Spector's Grand Jury. Just search LA Superior Court's website under High Profile cases. Go to Phil Spector. Open the motion in limine dated February 17, 2005 - and voila - there's Leonard Cohen's brandishing incident that he personally proved was NOT the version he testified to or emailed Streeter about. These people are sick and have exposed me to the criminal writing me as a DOGSTER. That's my personal opinon. Someone should ask Trutanich personally why his prosecutor permitted Gianelli to copy her in on so many emails criminally harassing me. His answer will probably be revolting.This lunatic appears to be criminally harassing me over the appeal, writ, oral arguments and seems to be arguing the City Attorney or Leonard Cohen's case. How fascinating, no? The City Attorney could care less if she lied through her teeth, elicited perjured testimony, concealed information, or the fact thatr I was NOT SERVED the Califoirnia order. My God, this man is INSANE. Francisco Suarez and I have discussed what he intends to do and it it not limited to editing my Writ. However, this man knows I am represented and he continues to criminally harass me while impersonating a dog. Leonard Cohen did NOT terminate me. He heard I was reporting his tax fraud to the IRS and I refused to meet with him and his tax lawyer, hand over the corporate books and records, and assist them in unraveling their handiwork. Cohen should have problems explaining his offer of 50% community property but I'm sure he's carefully crafting some lie or another to cover that situation that Dale Burgess advised me to let the IRS and Treasury know he would testify about. Leonard Cohen sexually harassed me. Someone asked me if he exposed his penis to me while he would soak in a bubble bath and have me read legal and business documents to him. The answer is yes. First, you are not ebtitled to court appointed counsel to draft your habeus petition - which is why you are filing it pro se. Mr. Suarez's offer to "proof read" it for you does not change your pro se status in that contemplated proceding.
As for sending you the link + excerpts to/from a leading appellate defender's office habeas manuel, this is NOT "criminal harassment", particularly where you have posted your every communication with your appointed counsel on your blog along with your extremely inaccurate views of the kinds of issues that may be addressed in your circumstances via habeas petition, your stated intention to draft it yourself in stream of consciousness narrative form - as illistrated by the draft petition excerpts you have emailed to a host of third parties and the blog posted.
Rather, criminal harassment is what you did six months in jail for in 2012.
And, no, alleged sexual harassment occuring at an unspecified time prior to your firing seven years ago does not give you license to send your victims thousands of obscene, profane, and threatening and accusatory emails or to leave obscene and threatening voice messages in violation of a Colorado Court Order that you were well aware was permanent in duration.
As for your dismissing the habeas manuel as "harassment" or "insane", you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. (The horse in this anology, MsM lynch would be you.)
