The City Attorney has an email from Cohen that contradicts his testimony about Phil Spector.  I asked my lawyers to nail him.  I annoyed him?  His drug abuse, lies about Phil Spector, tax fraud, my son's accident where his FINGERS WERE RIPPED OFF, etc. annoy Leonard Cohen.  The DA won't investigate the criminal negligence that led to my son having his fingers ripped off.  This was used against me.  

Railroaded hardly begins to describe what happened to Phil Spector.  I - not Diane Ogden - worked as his personal assistant in 1988 and 1989.  I was at the Carlyle.  He didn't have a gun.  Some lunatic woman managed to enter his room and was hiding in the bathroom.  Maybe the Daily Beast thinks that is acceptable.  What else?  Janice Spector, a dear friend of mine, has NEVER seen him with a gun in 40 years.  Paulette has NEVER seen him with a gun.  I have NEVER seen him with a gun.  I was accused of saying Cohen testified before a Grand Jury.  Mick Brown reviewed the Grand Jury testimony.  Cohen's statements appear in prosecution motions that are available online.  

What is the City Attorney's motive?  Some lunatic investigator was hanging out and lunching with Leonard Cohen who was perjuring himself about Phil Spector - he contradicted their version of events.  What happened next?  It's right out of LA Confidential.  Steve Cooley himself tried to obtain a restraining order against me.  Addressing reality about an innocent man is NOT LEGITIMATE in LA Confidential.  Ask Carmen Trutanich.  His City Attorneys kept telling judges my matter involved a celebrity.  I don't know about that.  Jayanti can hero worship Leonard Cohen.  I wasn't in a dating relationship with the man.  It is laughable.  Jayanti actually thinks Cohen was so smooth - with a gun to his head ... that he just, in a cool jazz way, said "Hey man, Phillip, just put the gun down."  My God.  How stupid is everyone?  Let me quote His Holiness Kusum Lingpa who knew Cohen - he is an asshole who is going to hell.  And, by the way, I didn't FUCK Oliver Stone but the City Attorney likes to name drop celebrities and Oliver Stone will receive a subpoena.  Make no mistake about that.  He and I sponsored a center for His Holiness Kusum Lingpa and Cohen was J.E.A.L.O.U.S. of Oliver and His Holiness.  That's probably hard for Jayanti to comprehend.  He doesn't know this - Cohen confessed to Phillip that he's a closet Partridge Family Groupie and Phillip and I are convinced that this madman is a porn artist with biblical references.  Sorry to burst bubbles.  I suppose I could become Sylvie Simmons - a pathetic groupie that wants to ...NO THANK YOU.
